A world based in magic, much like our own but without modern day technologies

This world has always been generally peaceful but there is a hierarchy among the 4 sectors.

many beings ruling over the nothingness of space before the universe created this universe out of pure boredom, they still interfere in life today and many worship them. they are often referred to as the gods of chaos.

Just like our own in our universe.

Each creature is born with a different magic percentage determined by their blood color, Blue being the highest concentration 99% and red being the lowest concentration 2%. However most creatures do not use magic to its fullest. The only sector with proper schooling (sector 1) teaches magic in schools but even then only around 60% of creatures learn fully to use magic. Most creatures have some grasp of magic and can use it.

In this universe blood and magic are closely tied with your magic content influencing the color of your blood. I'll do a quick rundown

Red blood: if you are red blooded you have the lowest magic potential, certain types of demons (imps for example) and interspecies peoples

Pink/magenta blood: this is the second lowest in magical potential, though this kind of persons could and can learn magic its limited to small things. You probably couldn't fight with magic, but you could perform small spells and do daily activities and chores. This magic varies and is the most common out of all the blood types

Green blood: green blooded creatures are often tied to earth and use earth type magics like potions, usually witches or non-winged fae and faeries have green blood.

Yellow blood: yellow blood is tied to animals and animalistic races, such as hounds/werewolves, dragon races, and underwater creatures (excluding cikis)

Blue blood: blue is a very rare blood color and ranges anywhere from 80% magic to 100%. Usually this is only seen in high class elves and or demigods

Governmental system:
Amarantha is divided into 4 sectors, each containing a majority of a different species and usually referred to as the "home of (most populated species)” each sector is looked over by a main king or queen. (Usually, it’s a queen but sometimes a king will rise to power which is unusual) this king or queen functions sort of like a president for each sector, with each sector functioning like a country.
Usually, each ruler is treated sort of like a celebrity by the people of their respective sector, magazines and newspapers talk about them often.
The 4 rulers (sometimes 5 or 6, more seats may be added aside from the usual 4) form a council, this council rules over the whole realm. Becoming a government for all of Akili.
When one councilor wants to make changes in their sector, they tend to consult the whole council, though small decisions that are more likely to impact just one sector are made on the ruler’s own accord.
Sometimes regular citizens can ask and arrange an audience with the council or just one of the councilors (which is less common) sometimes regarding crimes, but most often to challenge their ideas or things of similar nature, people may also do this for business reasons or being asked to put on staff for a councilor. These meetings are all open to the public letting people come in and watch the dealings unless the council or consulting party says otherwise.
