Started as a regular human world with monsters in the shadows and expanded so that all species were living together in the modern age

For centuries, humans and wolves and vampires have fought. Much blood was shed on all sides. Then, when new leaders in the three biggest species came about, the new objective was peace. It took quite a few decades before it was established and the species coexist with slight tension. Humans are still disliked by wolves and vamps because they have destroyed quite a few sets of forests across the world but they don't act on these grudges bc they don't want another interspecies world war.
Werewolves and vampires have a more comfortable alliance but there is still some tension and stiffness. They are united by their dislike of human destruction but don't know how else to grow close.
