Mezame no Sekai

Supernatural beings are hunted. While trying to survive, they find their origins
Rules
There's impulsive magic, which is mostly being able to control or produce an element, spell magic and natural magic.
Impulsive magic is the initial, rather simple form of magic, which every magical being is capable of in some way.
Spell magic is used for more complicated uses, such as teleporting or summoning, and needs to be specifically learned. It usually needs some kind of incantation and sometimes elaborate rituals to work.
Natural magic is almost only practiced by the elven tribes and mostly consists of healing and protective barriers.
normal laws of physics, there are just some beings that ignore them
The parallel world is at a lower level, while the modern world is somewhat further into the future regarding technologies, compared to our real world. The parallel world does know some of the modern concepts, but doesn't have electrical connections and some other ressources.
