It's made like a usual van except for the large metal sheet separating the back from the front. It also has metal plates in the walls to provide armor in case of an attack and is slightly soundproof.

Although it requires a bit of training to master not having a back window to look out of, it's a relatively safe vehicle for anyone with a driver's license to drive.

It's an armored vehicle, it has a thick metal sheet between the driver's cab and the back section. The metal sheet has a peephole around 5x2 inches that's covered by a sliding metal sheet. The front can use this to communicate with the back. The front has a built-in GPS pre-programmed with certain locations, and a walkie-talkie system that connects with the base in case of emergency and to gain access to STIGMA (Scientific and Technological Improvements, Growth, Modification, and Augmentation). It also has a pretty nice sound system. The back has two metal benches lining each wall with metal rings securely built into sections along the walls for prisoners to be chained to.

They come in different colors and with different outside appearances. They are made to blend in with society as cleaning trucks or plumber cars, etc. They can also come a bit bigger with in-truck separators. These are link style cages inside the trucks that secure prisoners in their own space. There's barely any room for movement, it's a bit inhumane. There's also another version that has no seating spaces, just more locations to chain people to the walls. These trucks are saved for occasions when people don't need to be supervised in the back, just drugged and taken from place to place.

The driver gets the passengers to their location, the passenger checks to make sure the people in the back are safe and behaving, and communicates back to base over their radio and personal phone. Guards in the back monitor prisoners and keep them controlled.
