I made a few random poetry-esque paragraphs describing my characters and I was wondering if any other artsy souls would like to make some as well.
Sequoia's like a sugar rush. She's like staying up so late you're not tired anymore or chugging too much Redbull. Like a thousand wasps all shivering together as they blanket their nest. She's hot pink and acrid yellow-green and aqua so bright it burns swirled together into a streaky mess. Her soul feels like the ocean, a current pushing you away but also pulling you closer and closer. Like a challenge you know is stupid but still take. She is everywhere and constantly swirling around you, like a rainbow broken into pieces by a crystal, not quite comforting but still unmistakably here.
Flora's like watching a rainstorm from your porch. Shes like hearing a song you used to love. Like a benevolent ghost with her arms around a child, protecting but also not quite present. She is like half-deflated party balloons still telling you happy birthday and flowers growing through cracks in the sidewalk. She feels like being forgiven, like worries you didn't realize you had being soothed. She feels like an old best friend sitting beside you, like walking into a childhood safe place. She feels like small compliments with big impacts, a casual affirmation that you are good and you are worthy and you are everything you need to be.
