todoroki T^T he'd be so much better with vitiligo and some more burn scars like on his left arm/down the left side of his face. water splashes after all. also maybe longer hair? at least something that covers more area if he's so self conscious.
deku would also be cuter with WAY more freckles. and I mean way more.
i'd like It if bakugou was at least partially deaf (which is why he yells cause he literally cant hear himself) and wears visible hearing aids, as well as maybe some biker gloves for that extra sweat and maybe some burn scars from explosion backfires. and maybe he's also partially blind? or at least vision impaired where he wears contacts or glasses due to the ammount of light his explosions make.
kirishima would be super cute if his hands were cracked up. like dry? idk. and it would be a nice detail if he had to use lotion and chap stick more cause of his quirk drying his skin out? as well as maybe some places that are scarred from his skin chipping?
I also think mina shouldn't be completely pink. like more of a pink undertone to a darker completion and pick afro maybe. that'd be cute. and a different horn shape. I would also think maybe she's got some burns due to her acid getting on her.
also yayorozu (or however u spell it) should be WAY less sexualized. hell anything but that much cleavage on a minor. like bro chill.
