"I guess. Is that a compliment?"

"You've never woken up with tubes up your nose and needles in your arms, having no idea what's been done to you."

"No, but I've been to Tartarus, and they do basically the same thing."

"They do?" Her eyes grew wide.

"Except they don't put you to sleep first."

"Anyways…" He said, moving on. He didn't like talking about Tartarus.

"They don't put you to sleep first sometimes at the lab either," she said.

"You want anything else?" He asked, trying to take care of her

"I want to go to sleep," she mumbled, her eyes closing.

"Eat, then sleep, okay?" He told her

"All right…" Her head lolled to one side, forehead sweaty. She opened her mouth.

Eventually, she finished the soup.

"You can sleep now…" He told her quietly. He wanted her to get better.

"Blonde, and short. She had two different eye colors: red and yellow. She had a ponytail with blue highlights And she was chubby in the face area."

"Cell V-18." This was the truth

"What were you doing when we found you?"

"Crying. Then I stood up when I saw Nyx and attempted a smile."

Her next question was softer, but with the same razor-sharp edge. "And who do I love?"
