"Come on, Val!" He said, looking at the stars

Nyx, whose legs were tired, clambered down a few branches until she found a comfortable spot to sit and sat down there.

Nyx relaxed against the tree trunk, fiddling with her bracelets again. Her spurs prickled, and she thought briefly about taking off her bracelets, but decided against it.
"Is there any chance we're leaving soon, do you suppose?" she asked.

(hem, hem)

"We'll find these lads we're looking for, then you leave…" He sighed.

(Ummm I haven't decided yet but she's around 18-20)

She stuffed her hands into her pockets. "Since Spector is taking so long, we might as well do something else."

He looked at Nyx. She was pretty, and not just conviently attractive. She… he didn't know what it was, but the way she held herself, it made him.. happy, for lack of a better term.

Unaware of Vozreal's gaze, she tucked a loose piece of hair behind her ear and observed the sleeping town below them. "Is there anything fun to do here?"

He was zoned out, then realized that.
"Yes, lots! You can talk with the trees. They talk back, and not rudely. You can…" He looked at Nyx again and spaced out

"Talk with the trees?" She looked at the branch she was sitting on and spread her palm against the bark, skeptical.

He noticed her freckles and fell in LOVE.
"Yes! Look! Hey, Robert!"
"Yes, Vozreal?" The tree, also known as Robert said, sounding nothing like Vozreal.
"You don't mind us sitting on top of you, do you?"
"Not at all!" He sounded old

Nyx jerked back, startled, her hand automatically going to the switch at her belt. "What the -"

"Don't worry…" Vozreal calmed. "The trees are nice and polite."

"It's speaking."
This is like something out of Seven's imagination.
She couldn't help but smile a little bit. If only Seven were here - he'd love this.

"Your smile is beautiful." He commented, blushing. I hope she doesn't see me blushing He thought

Her hand went tentatively to her mouth, smile disappearing. She leaned back against the tree trunk and stuffed her hands back in her pockets.

"Should we wait until morn?" He asked

She looked up at him skeptically, eyebrows raised. "Out here?"

"Of course not!! Why would you ask that?"

"Oh, I don't know, because we're sitting in a tree waiting for someone?"

"Let's go back to the house, shall we? No use freezing our ass off!"

Nyx clambered back down the branches and gave the moon and stars one last glance before slipping back into the house.

"It's been a long day…" He yawned

"Well, of course. You've, let's see, made some tea, injured Peppermint, and teleported to the top of a tree." She smirked. "Oh, yes, very exhausting indeed."

"Well, actually, It was more like the entire universe came into my house and ruined my nice furniture, then I summoned Walt Disney, kicked his ass, and then the other things happened. Using my magic makes me tired, ya know?"

She raised an eyebrow, but said nothing.
