Shuichi ate solemnly as he looked around the dinner

Rantaro glanced at him. "Is something wrong, my love?" he asked softly.
“ no, just looking “ he said
Rantaro nodded. "Okay. Thanks for bringing me here."
“ your welcome”
Rantaro smiled at Shuichi. "You wanna do anything after this?"
“ nap,” shuichi said joking around
Rantaro chuckled softly. "Fair, fair, but any actual ideas?"
“ no not really..”
"Then we can go home and nap after this," Rantaro smiled softly.
“ Okay!” he said happily and yawned
Rantaro smiled at Shuichi as they left the diner. "Let's head home."
“Yeah, “ he said softly
Rantaro went back home with Shuichi, happily chatting with the other as he did so. Once they got home, he laid on his bed, sighing softly.
"I say it's time for a nap… I'm tired…" he yawned. "Just…hope I can sleep…"
“ me too taro,” he said softly and laid on top of rantaro
Rantaro wrapped his arms around the other. "I love you, Shuichi…"
“ I love you taro”
Rantaro smiled softly before yawning. "We should sleep…"
“ yah” shuichi yawned out
"I'm sorry if I don't sleep tonight, but I'm gonna try to, okay?"
“ okay love,” he said softly
Rantaro nodded as he went silent. He was going to focus on sleeping and making sure that Shuichi got some sleep. He ended up falling asleep at some point, but that wasn't until about five that morning. Due to them having school, he only got about an hour of sleep before he woke up again, waiting for Shuichi to wake up.
Shuichi slowly woke, his body shivering slightly
Rantaro glanced at him. "Morning, Shu…" he yawned. "You sleep well?"
“ yah, you?” he asked softy
"Eh…I slept?" Rantaro replied. "Not much, though… I tried… I'm not sure what's keeping me up…"
“ me neither love but let's get ready okay?”
Rantaro nodded. "Yeah… I've only gotten one hour of sleep, but I'll be fine."
“ We can call in today taro..” he said softly
"True… They'd probably understand…or I hope that they would…" Rantaro replied softly. "I'm honestly exhausted…"
