“May I propose another rule as well?”

@Hawkeye

“But of course.”

“I would like us to not be as inclined to… rush into danger. Which I am quite the culprit of as of now.” Trenton’s smile turned a bit sheepish from embarrassment.

@Hawkeye

“We Can try.” Lydia said, laughing.

He smiled weakly in return, yawning again. “I find exhaustion to be a hindrance.” He grumbled quietly, subconsciously smoothing out his hair. “I also find the rat’s nest I call my hair to be obnoxiously disobedient.”

@Hawkeye

“Sleep is the answer,” Lydia said, “And your hair is fine.”

“You seem quite adamant that I should be unconscious. Are you that annoyed with me already?” Trent joked, a tired grin on his face.

@Hawkeye

“No. You need sleep, Trent.”

“Sitting here is rest enough.” Trent argued softly, having a feeling he was fighting a loosing battle.

@Hawkeye

“You need sleep.” Lydia repeated.

Trenton groaned and hid his face in his arms. “Can’t hear you. Sorry. Please make your request at another time.”

@Hawkeye

“You Can hear me just fine.”

“No I can’t.” His voice had gotten noticeably quieter. Trent had shut his eyes when he hid his face, and it wasn’t doing him any favors right now.

@Hawkeye

“Trent, you’re going to fall asleep right there. Now come on.”

“I’m…” Trenton looked up staring at Blair. He seemed to have some sort of realization and got to his feet slowly. “Yeah, sorry. We should go.” He lightly tugged on Lydia’s arm his eyes glued to the floor.

@Hawkeye

Lydia raised her eyebrows for a second, and then said, “See you later, Blair.” Before walking out of the kitchens with Trent. When she knew Blair couldn’t hear her, she asked, “Are you Alright?”

“Not quite.” Trent refused to make eye contact with Lydia, his cheeks flushed a light pink.

@Hawkeye

“What’s up?” Lydia asked, putting a hand on his arm.

“He just reminded me of…” Trenton mumbled the name incoherently. He proceeded to grumble a bit afterwards as his face slowly began to turn a darker shade of pink.

@Hawkeye

“What?” Lydia asked, smiling a bit, but double-checking to make sure she was correct.

“N-Nothing.” Trenton stammered and then cleared his throat uncomfortably. “It’s uhh… odd that his personality changed so quickly.”

@Hawkeye

“Yeah, it is.” Lydia said, very easily distractable. “Anyway, you for real need to go to sleep.”

“Mhm, sure.” Trent replied, a bit distracted by his own thoughts.

@Hawkeye

“Come on.” Lydia said, taking the chance to lead him towards his cabin.

“Do you think it’s brain trauma? Or a disorder of some kind? Something must’ve happened right?” Trent rambled, trailing after Lydia quietly. “To not remember that much? Maybe it’s like a blackout episode…”

@Hawkeye

“Whatever it is, it’s not going to effect us too much, so we should just leave it alone. As much as I like knowing things, I don’t think it’s a great idea to try and find out.” Lydia replied gently, stopping for a second so that they were level with each other.

“I suppose so.” He murmured in reply, yawning softly again. However, it was pretty clear his thought were entered around the boy back in the kitchen.

@Hawkeye

Lydia pushed the door to Trent’s cabin open, pointing to his bed. “Go.” She said sternly.

Trenton blinked a few times, seeming to realise they were at his cabin. “If you believe I am actually going to sleep you are sorely mistaken, dwarf.” He refused to move, raising an eyebrow at her.

@Hawkeye

“I swear to the gods, if you don’t get in that bed right now and go to sleep, we are going to have a problem.”
Lydia said, annoyed that her plan had failed at the last second.
(I apologize, but I must make my exit for the night)
