"I promise, Shuichi, I promise.." He grabbed the other's hand and walked out of the house with him.

shuichi walked to an old caffee, walking in.

Kaito followed Shuichi inside. He immediately laid his head on the table upon sitting down. His energy was near completely nonexistent..

shuishi got a couple energy drinks, handing one to the other and sitting down

"Thanks.." He took the energy drink and promptly began to drink it, hoping it would help.

shuishi took a drink of his, waiting for his small surprise to jump into kaitos lap. a small kitten did just that.

Kaito looked down at the kitten, surprised by it. He picked it up and held it. "Aww, where did you come from?" He pet it gently, seeming happy.

" this places has a bunch of them.. '

"Well, maybe we could take it home? If you're willing to raise a kitten with me.." The energy drink and kitten restored enough energy for him to genuinely smile, but it was nowhere near enough to put the energy and almost yelling back into his voice.

shuichi moved to be by his lover " it coud be like a small child, are you up for that?" he asked with a smile

"As long as I'll have you by my side.." He smiled a bit as he laid his head on the other's shoulder, keeping the kitten close to him as well.

shuichi nuzzled the other," love ya,"

"I love you too.." He continued to gently pet the kitten. "And yeah, we're definitely going back home once we finish eating.." He sighed. "I wanted today to be fun, seeing as you're feeling better, but I don't think that can happen.."

" i get it," he said softly. they got their food and shuichi got the kitten ready to leave

Once they left, they walked back home. Kaito was barely awake by then.. He wouldn't have even remained upright if Shuichi wasn't there…

shuichi walked home, setting the kitten in the other in the bed, he yawned

Kaito looked at the other as he tried to sleep, which was still difficult despite his complete lack of energy. "Why don't we both try to sleep…?"

shuichi nodded and curled up to the other.

Kaito wrapped his arms around the other, and surprisingly, he was soon asleep.

shuichi smiled, loving on the kitten.

The kitten seemed to love being with Shuichi and Kaito, enjoying its new home. It didn't realize that Kaito was asleep, so it ended up jumping onto his face, which woke him up.

"So much for sleep…" He then grabbed the kitten, petting it gently. "Not that I mind.. Just wish I had energy today.. I still dunno why I'm this drained…sleep schedule and all…"

" shadow. He was so cute " he joked with the cat and pulled it closer. " Sorry love "

"No, you're fine…" He yawned and sat up. "I don't think I would've been asleep for long, anyway…"

" kaito you need to lay down.."

"Shuichi…" He sighed, not arguing, but not listening, either…

"Kaito momota lay down." Shuiki said. His voice was demanding and almost cold. The glare on his face wasn't as cold as his voice though. It had tears, and a worried but angrey look.

"Shuichi Saihara, what did I do wrong here?" He was actually a bit intimidated by the other's tone and complete demanding of something. "Just tell me what I did wrong.. You're being rather harsh…"

" because you won't listen to me, you wanted to help me when I was exhausted and now you have bags under your eyes, because of me! You'd still be happy. And.. and bouncy had I not.. had I refused.." tears started streaming down his face.

"Shuichi, you know that isn't the case here!" Kaito placed his hand on Shuichi's shoulder. "It's not like I'm refusing to take care of myself here! I tried to sleep last night! I fell asleep at around five in the morning. I just haven't been sleeping that well recently! It's not your fault!" He stood up. "If you wanna believe that it is…I'll leave you alone…" Before the other even had a chance to respond, he just collapsed. "Still not your fault.." It truly wasn't Shuichi's fault.

Shuichi jumped up to help the other. " Just.. lay down. " He said and moved the other into the bed.
