That's really cool! So does that mean that the witches are a traveling group 'cause I thought that they were stationary?

Yeah the Witch trio are travellers, I don't know exactly why yet besides the fact that they're trying to normalize witchcraft and not be discriminated against by "natural-born" magic users.
The Witches Association, on the other hand, I have no idea. It would seem that they should be stationary, but what if they were to be driven out and scattered by a nearby, hateful civilization?

Yeah my thought was he association is stationary but the witch squad™ travels in order to do something, and yeah, you are right about that we could do a "they are driven away and scatter"

Maybe that's a reason they're travelling? Like, not the initial reason, but one day they come upon another Witch out in the middle of nowhere and hear about the news of the Witches Association homeland being cleared out? So now not only do they have to travel around for their initial reason, but also gather Witches and direct them to a secluded settlement near their homeland in preparation to take it back?

Perfect! The only thing is motive, which I think I have figured out perhaps.
So Geranium (Witch #1, right?) has decided to travel from village to village in the Brazil-like area, searching for any leads that can possibly fix her physical impairment, while taking small jobs along the way.
Terimane (Witch #2) had travelled north-ish to train and hone her fighting abilities and skills, and reluctantly parted ways with Geranium.
And Kerrigan (Witch #3) took up odd jobs for a spying mission for the Witches Association, and noticed an odd silence in communication, leading him to search for any other Witch to give him answers?

Then they all run into each other and decide to stick together while searching for answers?

He realizes they're all gone
He looks for other witches to help him
Since he isn't the strongest witch he could be, he's delighted to find Terimane
Terimane is just as happy when they later come accross Geranium
Who has already found and introduces the human

What of their was an witch turned evil or someone/thing who wanted to become the most powerful?

What if it's a large group of humans oppressing the witches? Perhaps a cult that beleives the only true way to practice magic is if one is "blessed" to have powers?

I feel like the way it's set up implies the human from the human world is the only human currently in their world, so maybe we should just have it be "Everyone exept the witches and a few peaceful raaces"
