HP is pretty bad.
Especially HBP, they cut out everything with the horcruxes, the flashbacks, most of Tonks/Lupin and Bill/Fleur, the buildup to Ginny/Harry (and Ron/Hermione, but less so), Percy returning and getting chased out, how Scrimougeur was as bad as Fudge but in a different way, Merope Guant and her story, etc.
But added that stupid scene where the Burrow got torched.
