Is it inflamed? Meaning the skin around it is red, shiny and swollen, and tender to the touch, and not like the usual kind of tender, I mean like you want to cry as soon as you touch it tender.

Not bleeding or oozing.
It doesn't really smell like anything.

No infection then. It's probably a lilt achey because you use your fingers a lot and it's irritating the wound when it's trying to heal.

1. Wash your hands. Thoroughly with hot water and soap.
2. Antibiotic cream on that bad boy. Or spray or whatever you have. Neosporin, hydrocortisone, etc.
3. Band-aid.
4. No TOUCHY
