Probably, especially now more than ever since people aren't allowed to go to hospitals for non-lethal anythingAdvice has been heeded. I took some painkillers because holy fuck it won't stop. I only have bumpy metal water bottles, so I did the next best thing and buried myself in my heated blanket and am massaging the area by hand. I switched out my flat pillow with a bulkier one. Now to wait for the pain to ease up so I can actually go to sleep tonight.

If you have any lotion or oil with Lavender in it, that would help too once it soaks into the skin.
It'll help you sleep too.

What I do have is actual dried lavender in a little bag. I use it to keep my drawers fresh-smelling and cleansed.
I also have Night Night, but that's a bit of a long story. Might tell it in the morning.
