Damn… I get away with it because I have a good reputation with the higher-ups as a helper, and because I'm smart enough to avoid csmeras… And also the people I punch can't really snitch because they're mostly wannabe gangbangers and shitholes…

Kmart, this is called Sensory Overload. It happens to people with anxiety and/or depression and this usually happens before an attack, break, or shut down. If there's some quiet place you could go for just 5 minutes then please go. And if you find you can't, then try to plug your ears and close your eyes and attempt to do square breathing or just sit with your own thoughts for a bit.
