hey…so they just detected west nile virus in hamilton country, IN, which is where I live and my job exposes me to mosquitoes…i just checked symptoms and I'm pretty sure I have it now so that's fun :D

It's just the west nile fever though not the full virus which I'm glad about… my mom says it can grow into the virus over the course of a couple days tho so… :)

ooh, fun story! today, around one or two o'clock, my supervisor had to call the EMT on grounds because they thought I had a spider bite…turns out it was just swelling from a mosquito bite. Which is another symptom of west nile.

I did some research and there's been a pretty big outbreak of it on the east coast and in the midwest in the past week or so…new jersey got its first ever case in the last day or so.
