I'm confused. I'm basically making my hair go from brown (my natural color) to blonde. People keep calling them highlights, but I don't think it is actually that. I know that it's not dying it, so I said coloring it, but people said that was wrong too. But my hair-person says that they aren't highlights. What would it be called?
