It's so frustrating not being able to share your struggles with people you're doing work for. Your teachers/professors, your employer, etc.
It always feels like you're making excuses, even if it is your mental illness keeping you from doing your work right.
I just really want the courage to say that I'm having a hard time so I can actually do something about it rather than risk getting fired for subpar work.

dsklanv so I just got filled with existential dread. Basically I started thinking about how life is weird and we all just kinda float through it until one day we die. But then what? We don't know if there's an afterlife, and we don't know what happens to the human consciousness after death. I want to believe in something, but at the same time I just can't convince myself. So I've pretty much convinced myself that either ghosts are real or you just straight-up stop being but. The thought of just…ceasing to exist terrifies me for some reason that I can't explain. I guess just… the idea of simply not being is awful. Also I'm fuckin crying while I type this so if there's typos I'm sorry. But like… poof you don't exist anymore? You just. Stop being? Not even able to remember because your consciousness doesn't exist anymore??? You're not even floating in the void or whatever you just stop. It's absolutely terrifying and just about sends me into a panic attack any time I think about it, which is more often than I'd like. Than's, shit brain.

Let's see… I had to get one in July because I was sick, and it came back negative (though maybe a false negative? Don't really have any way of knowing).
And then my university made us all get tested before coming back on campus. I got tested a third and fourth time to go back to work after possible exposures, and one of those times was also a random surveillance test for my school.
And then I'm getting tested again tomorrow to make sure I'm not infected before I go home for the holidays.
In my state we’re not allowed to get tested unless we know we’ve been exposed or have symptoms

It sounds like it artificially deflates your numbers possibly.
I honestly believe widespread mass testing is an important piece in the solution to COVID-19. Especially in college students, healthcare workers, and congregate living facilities.
Yeah maybe :/ I guess it’s also a way to discourage people from going places since they can’t get tested beforehand. But I think our colleges still require testing??

I work as a case investigator, and it's really exhausting to see how many people are acting like it's still fine to go wherever they please, as long as they wear a mask.
Like, no, honey. Masks aren't foolproof. 6 feet isn't foolproof.
And a lot of people don't have symptoms, or don't know they've been exposed, then unknowingly spread it.
There's no real way to discourage people from going places besides shutting everything down again, and I don't think full shutdown is really the way to go.
I guess I'm saying we might as well test. It's also good for surveillance purposes, which is an important facet of public health.

I've been debating on picking Haikyuu back up. I started watching it because one of my former friends recommended it some years ago, but I only got through part of season 2. It's on my tentative to-watch list, but idk. How many episodes are there total?
There are 83 episodes right now, but the fourth and final season is still being made. There's probably going to be around 90 episodes in total and PICK IT BACK UP. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. I'm literally obsessed with it and kjnwlrwkjne4rwsda. It's going to end very soon so you better watch it before it's over.
