An RP with @TiramisuGrenouille !!!

"I think you'll be fine as long as you don't go outside." said Rashi, grinning at the adorable sight.

"Yeah… Although he may not even wake up when I go out…." Tobias kept him on his shoulder as he sat up at the counter. I just love him so much!…
Megan nodded. That was probably the best choice I made for him….

"true but you don't wanna risk losing him" said Rashi, still smiling.

"Oh of course…" Tobias smiled, petting Firiko.
Megan sprinkled some stuff in the sauce and stirred it up, while she drained the noodles. "Dinner will be ready in just a few minutes, and I want Firiko back in his cage before you sit down, okay?"
He nodded, still stroking the bird's head with his finger. "Sure thing."
I never thought he'd be this absorbed….

Rashi laughed, and headed for the door, "I'm just gonna grab Skye ok?" he said, heading outside where he found Skye meditating.

"Alright…" She dished everything up and set it at the table, where everything was already set.
Tobias knew she was gonna be telling him soon anyways, so he went upstairs and took Firiko off his shoulder, and no matter how much he was in distress, he put the bird in the cage and on the perch.

Rashi put a hand on Skye's shoulder bringing him out of his trance. Skye sighed, getting to his feet and coming in.

They came and collected at the dinner table to eat – Megan and Tobias sat down next to one another, and they waited for Skye and Rashi. I hope they know how to eat this kind of stuff – it may seem a bit silly, yet I don't think I'm too far off between what they're familiar with and what they aren't.

Skye wandered in, a bit more subdued then usual, but he sat down, not making eye contact.
Rashi shrugged, sitting down between Skye and Tobias, ready to eat.

Megan began to eat, and Tobias did too, not really talking a whole lot.
This seems weird…. Tobias thought, yet still continued to eat as if he had thought nothing.

Skye soon began to eat as well, handling it easily, but eating almost mechanically.
Rashi was having fun with the noodles, slurping them up happily, ignoring Skye's gloom.

Tobias giggled a bit after watching Rashi, and he started to do it too. I always wondered if they had spaghetti….
Megan leaned over and scowled at him, and he soon stopped.
He glanced over at Skye. "So what were you doing outside?"

"Thinking…" said Skye, "And trying to check something…" he didn't meet her eyes,
Rashi noticed Megan's scowl, and tried to eat the noodles properly, only half failing.

"Check something….?" Tobias paused for a bit before continuing. Don't be nosy…. He thought, aware of what he just might be talking about.

"Too far away even for me right now…" said Skye glumly, Though I have a bad feeling something's wrong….. he thought, not daring to say anything around Tobias.

Tobias frowned as he kept eating. Well, that doesn't sound too good to me…. He sighed.

Skye sighed, finishing quickly. Nodding to Megan he got up and left his dishes in the sink, heading back outside.

Tobias finished his food, but didn't immediately clear his place. He's obviously annoyed…. He sighed and moved his chair back, stood up and then cleared his stuff roughly five minutes later.

Megan was a bit concerned about the two of them. "I would've asked what was going on, but it seemed personal."

"Those lot…" Rashi said carefully, "Skye and his family, they have a tight connection, a wolfbond. Something must be happening to the others, and Skye can feel it, but he can't do anything about it."

Megan nodded. "Firiko had some family problems or some sort, and he managed to get himself back before it was too late…" She said, "Yet I think there was some kind of issue Skye had a while back…"

"Firiko getting back. That would be a wolfbond link. probably linked with an Acaries." said Rashi. "Skye having issues…. He probably gave himself Aura drain or something like that…"

"Yeah…. He did mention a lot of drain…. Or at least Tobias did… I think…" She rested her elbows on the table and held her chin in her hands. What was it that he was talking about…. Why did he run all of the– "Now I remember," she said quietly. "A while ago, Skye came back to the house saying that he almost tracked down his mother that was apparently in the city…" Sorry if I'm sharing important stuff, but this needs to be talked about…. She apologized.

"Wait his mom was in the city?" asked Rashi in surprise. "That's a shocker…"

"That's what I said…. But… He hasn't seen or sensed her since… I don't know how she got there or how she left without crossing Marceo's path, that is, if she did anyways." I really have no permission to talk about this… She shamed herself. "But… We need to get to his lab before I feel like taking a nap…"

"Their mother has - at least as far as I know - been a mystery, they have an old diary of hers that has some weird entries, so who knows what she was doing." said Rashi, "Either way if you're ready to go I am."

"Alrighty then." That is quite strange… Megan quickly packed the leftovers away and the dishes in the sink to be washed later. "Tobias!!" She called to him upstairs, "Rashi and I are going to investigate Marceo's lab – we'll be back in a little bit and don't stay up too late!"

Tobias was playing around with Firiko when he yelled back. "I promise!"

Rashi headed out back, watching as Skye immediately came towards them, "Do you need someone to hang back with Tobias?" he asked Megan.

She hesitated. "With his new pet, he'll be pretty occupied, but I can't really say he won't get into trouble." Like when he ran off behind my back… "So it would be appreciated if someone stayed behind. I would call up Steve to look after him, but he and his crew are doing this big project, so I can't interrupt him."

"I'll stay" said Skye, heading to the back door to head inside. "Rashi's a strong fighter in case anything happens." he said giving Rashi the directions to the lair.
Rashi watched him go before smirking to himself, "How might you be with hieghts m'lady?" he asked, a blue green glow appearing as he summoned his auras.

Megan smiled. "I don't mind them all too much. They aren't a big deal to me." …But there is a point to which….
