He got in the car and threw his stuff in the back and turned on the car. "Did I mention it is a 3 hour drive." He said as he pulled out of the garage.

Chiara let out a sigh of resignation. “Oh joy. Let’s get this over with..”

"yeah." He said and started driving to the guy's home.
Chiara stayed silent for a good half hour, deep in thought.

Chiara cleared her throat. “What do you do? Other than kill people, I mean.”

"I um, work at a coffee shop. sometimes at the library…" he answered slowly.
Chiara couldn’t resist a chuckle. “Both rather tame jobs for an assassin.”

"Thanks. What about you?" He asked.
Chiara flicked a strand of hair out of her line of vision. “I help teach karate.”

"that is a calm and peaceful job." He replied not sure what to say.
Chiara snorted. "Yeah, peaceful. Exactly."

He nodded. "Only an hour to go." He said even though it had only been 39 minutes

"I have no freaking clue." he said smiling.
“That’s… sort of stupid. How are you getting into the house?”

"Knocking on the front door…." he said slowly sounding a bit sarcastic.

Chiara sighed, rolling her eyes. "Very funny. But actually, how are we going to do this?"

"What?" Chiara drew back, confounded. "And what, just shoot him on his front steps?"

"well no. I am not that dumb. I was going to talk a bit then shoot him."
"Why would you do that out in the open?? Where everyone can see you? And hear the gunshot?? Just sneak through a window."

"why sneak in when he has no security or staff. Also why do you care if I get shot or the police come. You want me dead anyway."
Chiara rolled her eyes again. "If the police come, it could be traced back to me. Plus. I need proof of your body. I can't drag around your corpse in broad daylight."
