Arthur rode the winds easily, taking them high above the ground.
Boredom + Stress + Nothing to do + I NEED A NEW ROLEPLAY!!! (O/O possible another gay romance, please come with a plot idea....)
group
Raphael swooped around and around. He sometimes tucked his wings and free-fell for a few seconds before flaring his wings and coming back to Arthur.
Arthur watched him, occasionally copying the other's movements.
group
Raphael noticed Arthur copying a few of his movements, and he smirked to himself.
Arthur smiled back at him, watching him.
group
Raphael swooped closer to Arthur. "If you really want to test one's skill at flying, then I suggest flying close to the ground. That, or free falling till the last second."
"Easily done" said Arthur, "That is if you really want to"
group
"Why not?" And with that, Raphael folded his wings and fell backwards towards the ground.
Arthur followed suit, his wings folding around his body as he free fell.
group
The rush was the best part, in his opinion.
Feeling the wind screaming in his ears as it tried and failed to catch him as he plummeted. The feeling of it whipping through his hair and feathers. The rush of adrenaline the potential danger caused to pump through his veins.
Arthur was falling headfirst, grinning at Raphael.
group
Raphael grinned back, then twist his body so he spun around.
Arthur shrugged, letting himself keep falling.
group
Soon enough, the trees were getting dangerously close.
Arthur sighed, "This always takes to long.." he said.
group
"But it's so fun, " Raphael said with a small smirk. When the trees seemed to be close enough to touch, he flared his wings and glided precariously close to the ground, weaving between the trees as he did so.
Arthur didn't mame a move, except angling himself to fall facefirst. Finally his wings moved to catch the air, but not enough to stop his fall, instead he manuevered vetween the branches, before his wings finally snapped open, catching him just before he hit the ground.
group
Raphael spun onto his back to look at Arthur. "Cool move, I'll give you that."
Arthur had rocketed back out of the trees and up to Raphael's level, "Eh, I do it all the time when I need to escape hunters…"
group
"I do it a lot to escape my own people. With how much they value wings, you'd think they'd know how to fly better…"
Arthur laughed, "that's funny.." he said.
group
He snorted. "Yeah. The wingless Outcasts fly better than them." He remained flying on his back, letting the wind carry him.
Arthur's laughter grew, smiling at him.
group
He winked. "Eyy. You're a lot more expressive now."
Arthur shrugged, watching him.
group
He titled his head back to watch the ground go by below him, an idle smile settling on his lips.
Arthur studied him quietly, trying to figure him out.
group
"Am I some sort of puzzle to solve?" He asked without looking back at Arthur.
"Possibly" he said, swooping around him once more.
group
Raphael's eyes followed Arthur's movements curiously.
