"Yeah, of course." Lloyd laughed at Ellis's enthusiasm. "She's off duty to raise them at the moment, obviously. She's had litters before and she's always a great mother."

He smiled, blushing a little bit at his own excitement. "Right. Yeah." he ducked his head, hiding his face in Korou's fur.
"Her name is Misha… I don't believe the puppies have been named yet. I think the father was either Julius or Kielven. They're the ones we see hanging around the females most often."
He nodded a little bit. "Ooh. Alright." he replied with a soft, happy smile.
Lloyd returned the soft smile. "There's four of them. All strong and healthy. The strongest puppies stay here, usually, and we adopt out the others."
He nodded. "Aww." he replied. "I bet they're cute, aren't they?"
Lloyd nodded. "Mhmm. Most of our dogs are huskies. Most of them white like Kouru. They're just hyperactive balls of fluff."
"Awwww. They sound adorable!" he cooed.
"They really are. I can probably go grab one if you'd like."
His eyes lit up. "Can you??" he asked eagerly, biting his lip.
"Yeah, of course. I'll be right back." Lloyd grinned and left the room.

He squirmed a little, wishing he could sit up. "Thank you!"

"No problem!" Lloyd called back. He returned within a few minutes with a fluffy, white husky puppy in his arms. "This one's the most chill, so I figured he'd be good for a visit."
Ellis's eyes lit up when he saw the squirmy little puppy, reaching out. "Can I hold him??" he asked excitedly.
"Of course." Lloyd transferred the puppy to Ellis. It immediately started licking him and whining happily, seeming excited to see a new person.
Ellis held the puppy carefully, laughing softly as it licked at him, petting it gently. "Hi, sweetie." He cooed to the fuzzy little creature.
Lloyd smiled as he watched the interaction. The puppy squirmed to try and get closer to Ellis, yipping in excitement.
Ellis laughed softly, smiling as he cradled the puppy close. He looked down at the little fuzzy thing, with its soft fur and downy wings.
"I don't think they're old enough to fly yet." Lloyd said, examining the puppy. "Their wings aren't quite big enough to support them."
He nodded a little, still petting the squirming, licking little puppy. "So cute." He cooed.
"What do you think we should name him?" Lloyd asked, gently scratching behind the puppy's ears.
Ellis blinked, looking up. "I…I don't know." He replied, biting his lip as he snuggled the puppy close.
"Usually I keep a theme with litters, or at least try to… I'll have to bring you to see his siblings."
He nodded. "Once I'm a bit more healed, yes." He replied, cooing softly at the adorable little puppy.
Lloyd nodded in reply. "Just let me know whenever you want to go."
Ellis nodded slightly, still petting the puppy, smiling down at him.
Lloyd sat back down and sighed. "Do you like him?" He asked.
He blinked, and nodded. "Mhm. He's adorable." he replied, still petting and holding the adorable little thing.
The puppy yawned and lay down, cuddling up against Ellis's chest. "Yeah… he's a sweetheart. I wish I could just keep him as a pet instead of having him be a guard dog, you know?"
He nodded, still stroking the sweet little puppy. "Couldn't you ask to keep one just as a pet?" he asked, looking up at Lloyd.
