“Yup, seems pretty damn accurate to me.” She smiled at her, gently cupping Rook’s face in her hand.
Rook flushed at the contact, avoiding eye contact.
She smirked slightly “aw is someone a little flustered?”
"Yeah, I am. It's fairly obvious." She said, sarcasm being her first defense when embarrassed.
“Ouch, pretty snappy today aren’t ya”
"…shut up." She mumbled.
“Never” she replied, still smirking. She enjoyed messing with Rook a bit too much.
"You're rude. I don't appreciate being toyed with." She huffed, still not looking the other girl in the eye.
“Sorry not sorry” she chuckled lightly under her breath and then actually started humming ‘Sorry Not Sorry’

“Longer now. I forgot about that until you mentioned it so thanks, now I’ll make sure to annoy you.”
She rolled her eyes. "So what, I'm just supposed to sit like this?"
“Yup. Just suffer silently.” She chuckled but then actually did move her hand away.
"Well great, now I kinda miss it. Damn you." Rook huffed, crossing her arms and pouting.
“Girl you need to figure out what you want.” She laughed.
"I have. You."
She raised an eyebrow “please elaborate.”
"It's fairly simple, really. I want to take you on dates, hold hands, cuddle, joke with you, kiss you, talk to you, anything, really. Long as it's you." She shrugged.
“That was actually…a really good elaboration. And I like this world that you’re talking about.”
"Good, 'cause it's happening now. I've set my mind to it."
“That’s perfectly fine with me.” She smiled, a real genuine smile, small but there.
Rook grinned, wrapping an arm around L and leaning against her. "I think that might be eight. I'm starting to lose track though…"
