Kyler watched lovingly.

Zen looked at Aria as she sang. The baby kept eye contact with her mother, a smile playing her lips.

Alta saved back, then continued watching Zen.

Kyler continued to watch.

"Thank you, everyone," Zen said before putting the microphone back in the stand. She walked off stage towards Kyler, Aria in her arms.

He greeted her with a light kiss over Aria's head. "You sang beautifully."

"Why thank you," Zen replied, flicking her hair, pretending to act stuck up and pompous.

"Yes, you did splendidly, can I please have an autograph?" he played along with a pleading grin.

"Absolutely. Where should I sign? Do you have paper? Oh, never mind. I can sign your forehead."

"As long as you don't write LOSER, we're good," he laughed.

Zen broke character to laugh with Kyler. She kissed him as a smile played her lips. Then she broke away and looked at her phone."Oh, it's almost 8. Time flies, I guess."

Kyler looked at Aria with a fake stern gaze. "You were supposed to remind us."

Aria simply returned Kyler's sentence with a smile, reaching towards him. "We still need to get the lanterns though."

"Alright," he said. "Let's get the lanterns then?"

Zen looked happy. "The lantern festival id the highlight of my year. It reminds me of Tangled."

"Am I Flynn Rider?" Kyler asked with a smug grin.

"If you are, I'm Rapunzel." She nuzzled Aria with her nose. "Hear that? Mummy's a princess."

"You don't need to be Rapunzel to be a princess," Kyler replied softly, gazing at her adoringly.

"You're just saying that because Flynn Rider isn't an official Prince," Zen fired back playfully.

Kyler put a hand to his chest dramatically. "I'm offended!"

Zen smiled as she handed Aria to Kyler and turned to the stand that sold lanterns. "Two lanterns and a baby sized lantern."

Kyler cradled Aria lovingly. "Hey there," he said softly, kissing her forehead.

"Thank you," Zen chimed as she handed over her money. She turned. "Let's go launch these lanterns."

"Ready to see the lanterns?" Kyler asked Aria quietly.

Aria giggled and smiled, her toothless gums showing. She was almost an exact replica of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) but with Bailey's nose.

Kyler smiled and kissed her forehead. "Little One is ready!" he announced to Zen.

Zen spotted Hunter in the distance, who came running towards them with a camera around his neck.

Kyler spotted him as well. "Perfect timing!" he said happily, cradling Aria gently.
