Kyler's eyes blinked open. Zen was cuddled against him in their bed and he spotted a row of heads beyond their footboard. He grinned and kissed her gently. "Zen…"

Zen opened her eye a slit and saw the row of heads. She pretended to snore loudly, and that made the kids laugh.

Kyler bit his lip to keep himself contained. "Zen… I think we have an infestation…"

Zen snored louder, and that made the children pounce.

"Hey!" Kyler cried. "Ah! I'm being drowned! Help!"

"Ah! Me too! Help us!" Zen played along.

(Is it weird that this reminds me of Cheaper By The Dozen? XD)

Kyler rolled over amidst the chaos to cover his wife. "Don't worry, baby, I'll protect you." He gave her a cheesy wink.

"Omigod you're a four year old," Zen laughed, pushing him off her.

"Then I guess I better join in!" he said, copying what his kids were doing.

Zen screamed with laughter and grabbed Aria, using her as a shield.

"No! Aria's been taken!" Kyler cried, wrapping his arms around the girl. "Aria, no!"

"Mum!" Aria shrieked. "Let me go!"

"Aria, I will save you!" Kyler cried, pulling her towards "safety".

Losing one shield, Zen found another in Olivia.

(Btw, if I suddenly leave, my computer died and I will respond in a couple hours!)

"Olivia!" Kyler moaned. "Not Olivia! Zen, you're heartless!"

"She's mine!" Zen yelled, tickling her daughter.

Olivia shrieked with laughter. "Mom!"
"Brayden, rescue your sister," Kyler instructed.

"No, she's mine!" Zen yelled. "I'll take you too!"

"I'm coming to get you, Livvy!" Brayden declared, reaching for his twin.

Zen grabbed him with her other arm, using them as a shield.

"Hey – Mom!" Brayden yelled through laughs. "Dad, help!"
Kyler was too busy laughing to do anything.

"You both belong to me!" Zen yelled, letting out an evil laugh.

"No!!!!" they both cried, giggling as they squirmed against her grip.

Zen let out another evil laugh as she tickled the twins.

"Dad! Dad! Help!"
Kyler snaked his arm in and squeezed Zen's sides. "Release them!" he commanded, trying not to laugh and completely failing.

"Never!" Zen yelled maniacally. "You'll never take me alive!"

He pushed the twins aside and kissed her roughly.
The twins could be heard making gagging noises.

Zen smiled and kissed him back. She loved Kyler with all her heart.

The twins tried to get away. "Eww! Mom! Dad! That's so gross!"
