Hunter doubled over with his hands on his knees. "I just ran from my stall to here."

"That's quite a run, are you good?" Kyler asked.
"I'm 16, Kyler. Just because I'm a photographer doesn't mean I'm not sporty." He let a beat pass. "I'm not actually sporty. But that's besides the point."
Kyler laughed, not in a mean way, at him. "Yes, but the distance – It's far enough." He rocked Aria.
Cameron looked at Kyler, as if saying You really ready to do this? What if she says no? Then said "You guys remember how to do it? Of course you do."
Kyler pressed his lips into a smile. "How could we forget?" Holding Aria firmly with one arm, he wrapped the other around Zen's waist and pulled her against him to kiss her temple.
Zen broke from Kyler's grasp to write something on the paper to attach to Aria's lantern. Then she tied it on and lit the lantern.
"What did you write?" he asked softly.
"I'll tell you later, when we have time," Zen smiled.
"We have time now," he insisted with a smirk.
"No we don't. We can't keep Hunter too long because he has other people to take care of. And Aria needs to sleep."
He sighed. "I was hoping you wouldn't notice…"
"Of course I noticed. She's my daughter."
"Alright, fine." He kissed her forehead gently. "Let's do this! Lantern Festival, here we go!"
"I think you mean Lantern Photography, babe," Zen corrected, giving the lantern to Aria but making sure she didn't touch the flame.
"Right…" Kyler stroked Aria's hair gently.
"Smile, guys," Hunter said, holding up his camera.
Kyler looped his arm that wasn't holding Aria around Zen's waist and then cradled Aria between them.
"Smile!" Hunter said, snapping a few pictures.
(idk if you've gotten the message, but I have something planned
Well, technically kyler does)
(Propose?)
Kyler leaned over and kissed Zen's cheek.
(hahaha yes)
"Do you want to put Aria in her stroller so that I can get pictures of just the two of you?"
(Thought so. ;D)
"Sure," Kyler agreed, putting Aria in her stroller carefully. As he walked back over to Zen, he felt the ring box in his back pocket. Oh, God… here we go.
At that point in time, people were starting to either write on the papers or light their lanterns. Zen started to write on her paper.
Kyler stood behind her. Making sure he didn't mess up her writing, he slowly wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her into his chest. "Zen?" he asked in her ear.
Zen smiled. "Yeah? What's up?"
"Can I ask you something?"
Zen looked at him. "Sure. What is it?"
Slowly, he released her from the hug and took her hands in his. "We've been dating for a long time, right?"
"Well, yeah. Since we were teenagers."
"Well, to put it simply… I really love Aria. And I really love you. And I would do anything in the world to protect you both. I know you better than anyone else, Zen, so…" Slowly, he got down on one knee and slid his hand into his back pocket. He opened up the box and presented the ring. "Zendaya Coleman, will you marry me?"
