Gabe tangled his hand in Alex's hair, the other arm around his waist and holding him close. He kept kissing, pulling them further into the shadows to protect them from prying eyes.

Gabe pulled away from the kiss a moment, tears trickling down his cheeks. He buried his face in Alex's shoulder, just so… relieved. He was alive, for goodness sake!

Gabe nuzzled close, rubbing Alex's back.
"I… We're going to make a life for us out here," Gabe promised softly.

Gabe let out a breath, grinning.
"I love you, so, so much…"

Gabe nuzzled lightly into Alex's hair, breathing deeply.
"God, I… I n-never thought we would be able to do something like this…"

"But… we do!" Gabe grinned, kissing Alex again.

Gabe kept grinning, pressing closer to Alex.
"God, this is so amazing…"

Gabe tucked his head away, still smiling.
"You're so warm…"

Gabe chuckled softly.
"I'm so happy to be warm again…"

Gabe stayed right up against Alex, running his fingers through the man's hair with a soft smile.

"God, I love you." Gabe smiled some. Still, he finally pulled away, his hand tucking right back into Alex's.

Gabe ran his fingers through Alex's hair one last time, then picked up the bag.

Gabe smiled softly.
"We're going to make a good life here. But first, we'd probably need to get our land, huh?"

Gabe gave Alex one last kiss, then let go of his hand to head out into public.

Gabe hummed, leading Alex back to the main streets.
