Connor gasped for breath, but he got up and ran after her again. He grabbed her hand. “Raven, no! You know what you’re doing! Stop it! Stop!”

Raven then punched Connor with a super speed punch, and her kick was infused with chaos magic. She neared the landing. She knew how high she was.
Connor hit the ground and spasmed once. He was shaky, but her managed to use his telekinesis to fly up to her. He grabbed her elbows. “Raven, don’t do this!” He leaned forward and kissed her. Please work… please work…
Raven broke from her father's control just as she fell. Falling, she only pleaded for Connor. He wings felt like they were nothing as they almost curled around her body. Her arms reached for Connor, and she didn't care if she would die. As her purple hair whipped around her face, she saw tears flying upwards that she didn't know where forming. Everything seemed to be going in slow motion.
"No!" Connor screamed. He jumped off, wrapped his arms around her and used his telekinesis to slow down the fall. He slamming into the ground, taking most of the impact for her.
"You know, Raven. It's ironic," Raven's father suddenly said. "I despise you with everything I have, yet all of my power is stored inside of you. You might ask whe-wait, what are you doing?!" He stopped when he saw Raven clawing at the jewel in her forehead.
Connor moaned and saw Raven through his blurry vision. "Go, babe," he murmured.
Raven winced while taking the jewel out. It had been there for so long, and was almost embedded in her skin. She started to scream in agony as it came off her skin.
Connor spoke louder. “Come on, babe, fight it!”
Raven's screams echoed in the hall. But she finally got the jewel off her skin, though it bled. She put the jewel on then ground and then punched it with a chaos infused fist.
Connor grinned, slowly regaining himself even though his vision was still blurred. “That’s my girlfriend!” he bragged.
Raven slowly stood up. "You say that you're powerless with that jewel. I've been wanting to do something for so many years," She said, breathing heavily.
Connor rose too, standing behind her. "Tell him, Ray," he snarled.
(Rena?)
Raven's hands started to be surrounded by a dark mist. She flew towards her father and put her hands around his neck.
Connor could only watch in awe.
Connor could only watch in awe.
"Don't… Do… This…" Her father spluttered.
"What? Let you join Mother? Or get revenge by killing you?"
"Finish it, Raven," Connor called, but he stayed away. This was Raven's fight, and he knew she could do it.
"I'm… Sorry…" He struggled.
"The time for that has long passed, Father," Raven spat. She tightened her grip, and her father started to go purple.
Connor looked away. He didn't like to watch people get choked. He'd… had a bad experience before.
Raven thought that she would be merciful, but she found no mercy in her heart. She wanted revenge for the last 8 years, and thinking about it, her whole life. As her father went limp and the light left his eyes, the pain finally entered Raven's body and she fainted.
Connor ran up and knelt beside her. “Raven? Raven, wake up.”
Raven's breathing was shallow. Her forehead was bleeding from a perfect jewel shape, and she was paler than usual.
“Ohhhhh, Raven wake up!!” Connor begged. “Please, please, pl… please…”
Suddenly, Raven started coughing. She turned over and coughed up blood onto the floor.
“Okay, uh… wake up but don’t cough up blood!” Connor changed his plea. “Don’t do that, that can’t be good…”
Raven wipes her mouth. "I'm fine…In dark magic, it's called 'coughing out the curse'."
“Raven! You’re alive!” Connor exclaimed.
