Alright, we're gonna try and do this one again. I was thinking someone could play some sort of important person (like nobility or someone who holds a title) and the other could play the escort (guard, ninja, whatever)

(okay, sounds good! Sorry this is taking a while I was unexpectedly busy, but I have another question… or two… or three. So around what age are they? and is this a romance? If so, it this a m/f, m/m (preferably not, I haven't really rped as a guy before, but first time for everything), or f/f?)

Personality: To most people, she is very polite and proper. She is never distracted and always makes sure to get things done in the most orderly manner possible. Her perfectionism gets in her way a lot, but it helps her to keep her house and estate in good condition. Before she was a duchess she wasn't like that but she acted that way, in the beginning, to look like she was worthy of the title. But after a while of acting like that, it became her normal personality. If you can get past that side of her, which can be very difficult, she is very nice and relaxed. She can be silly and, in the right conditions, a little crazy. All the time, though, she is very nice and sometimes motherly
Height: 5'2"
Looks: Moderately long curly hair with bangs, it's dark blonde, almost brown. Her skin is very pale with a few freckles on her arms and back. Her eyes are blueish teal, one of them darker than the other.
Backstory (you can leave this blank if you want): Adelina was married into being a duchess. Her parents arranged a marriage with a duke so that she would bring honor to the family. The two of them married, but they mutually don't love each other. They stay together for the benefits of being a duke and duchess. (idk what else lol)
Other: She spends most of her time making sure her house is in top condition. She doesn't like doing the outside work, so her servants mostly do that.

Looks: Light brown skin, wavy black hair that stops just below his shoulder (he usually keeps it in a ponytail). Dark brown eyes, and a stern face

It was a clear, crisp morning. The sun was just barely starting to rise. Abaven was watching his breaths in the air, and kicking stones as he walked along the path. This was his only alone time, so he figured he would get out his 'silliness' here and now before he escorted the duchess, Adelina. Her manor was in sight, it would only be a little bit before he reached her house. "Escort the duchess to wherever she needs to go. Don't ask questions unless if you need to," were his orders. He didn't really want to take this job, but it's not like he had a choice. Standing on her manor's doorstep, he knocked on the door.

It was the day. Adelina's 'husband' told her she had to go somewhere but neglected to tell her where, when, or why. She thought it had to be something important, but she honestly didn't know. Upon hearing the knock on her manor's she sighed. Slowly she made her way to the door and opened it only enough to see who was there. She saw the man and opened it more. "Good morning, sir, how may I help you?" She said very politely.

Abaven bowed. "Good morning, milady. I am your escort." He spoke with a formal, matter-of-factly tone, although deep down he almost burst into laughter. Being formal seemed almost ridiculous to him.

Adelina gave him a small smile. "Oh yes, thank you. You may come in if you would like. Let me gather a few things and we will be on our way." She left the door and kept in open for Abaven to come inside. She liked how formal he was. Too many times have her escorts been rude, informal, impolite, and such. She went up the stairs, pausing halfway up to see if he came in, then continuing to the top.

Abaven smiled graciously and stepped inside, making sure to not touch anything. He looked around the entry room, in awe of the place. Wow. This house is huge.

Adelina grabbed a small bag, then left her room, coming down the stairs. Once she got to the bottom, she smiled politely to Abaven. "May I ask your name? I would rather call you by name than anything else."

He returned the smile and replied, "My name is Abaven, milady," his eyes glanced at her bag and then at her face again. "Shall we head out?"

"Of course, Abaven." She headed towards the door, then pausing. "I have one more question to ask. Do you happen to know where we are going? Robert neglected to tell me anything about this."
