At one point the mics went off in annoying screech, causing everyone to cover their ears and flinch. Ferris dropped into a crouch and held her head in her arms
Myrah winced but looked at Ferris. She knelt down next to her, "Are you sure your okay babe?"
She wimpered and nodded "the noise,"
"I don't think you are," Myrah said softly, "We don't have to stay if you can't handle the noise."
She shook her head "don't want to ruin it, I'll be fine if I stay down here." She said over the noise
Myrah frowned, "If you want to stay for me, I would rather we leave and you not be in pain."
She waved a hand dismissively "I'll be ok, it'll pass…" She muttered weakly
"We can go further back if that'll help," Myrah told her.
Ferris nodded "maybe," she muttered, turning her head away to hide her eyes
"Come on let's go," Myrah offered a hand and stood back up.
She took her hand and burried her head in Myrah's shoulder
Myrah held Ferris for a second before walking back into the crowd.
"I'm sorry if I ruined this." She muttered, relaxing more as the sound died away
"It's fine love," Myrah said with a smile, "I can still hear from here."
"yeah but it's not the same as being up there." She gestured to the front, snuggling closer to Myrah untill the noise was completely gone
“No, it’s not,” Myrah agreed, “You’re a lot happier back here.”
Ferris smiled softly "that's because I'm with you."
Myrah smiled back, “Aw you’re just saying that.”
She smiled and shook her heard "no, I honestly feel calmer around you. You help calm my nerves."
Myrah kissed Ferris’s forehead, “Well your welcome I guess. I wasn’t aware I was that calming.”
Ferris blushed and nodded "now you do," she closed her eyes and nudged Myrah's head with hers
Myrah smiled and nudged back, “Thanks for letting me know.”
She flicked her gaze up to Myrah's, a soft purple Haze glazing over her eyes "beautiful angel."
Myrah blushed slightly, “You are the angel.”
She laughed softly "this again? Fine. You're a goddess, worth every luxury and every pleasentry this or any world can world can offer."
Myrah blushed harder and laughed, "I am no goddess compared to the being standing in front of me."
"oh you most certainly are darling. No doubt about it." She reasured "I'm no godess,"
“Then who are you?” Myrah said, “A primordial being?”
Ferris laughed and shook her head "nope, I'm just me."
