Maybe Alex would get to see that guy again. I mean, who knows. He sighed as a cloud passed over the sun, the wind picking up a bit. Guess it was time for him to head in. He put his sketchbook into his bag, closing it tightly before he slung it over his shoulder.
Gay floof anyone?
Landyn's music flew away and he tried to get them but only got one page "Dang it…" he stood up and sighed "I didn't like that song anyways…"
Alex left the park and walked down the sidewalk back towards his apartment. Occasionally he’d stop and grab his sketchbook, drawing down an idea or something he’d seen.
((Well this is rather uneventful so far XD
Landyn was walking to townhouse when he noticed Alex
Alex had collected a few more of the sheets of music the guy had dropped. He just couldn’t stand to see someone’s obvious hard work lost to the wind like that. He hadn’t spotted Landyn yet.
Landyn was trying to walk past him quickly but bumping into him. "S-sor…s-sorry…"
Alex stumbles a bit at being run into but recovered quickly. “O-oh It’s fine.” He got a good look at him and recognized him as the guy from earlier. “You were at the park earlier!” He realized that sounded creepy but didn’t know what to say that wouldn’t make it worse.
He stood up and pulled his sleeves back down. "I was…D-Did I do anything wrong. I hope I didn't I was trying to…nvm .Ummm… I should go…"
“No you’re fine. Wait a second.” Alex quickly grabbed Landyn’s music. “I-I saw you d-drop this earlier.”
He noticed it was his music. "I shouldn't have written it…All it does is bring back memories…" He said he gently grabbed them. "Thanks for returning it to me at least…"
“I know you probably don’t care but I think whatever we create, we create with a purpose, even if we can’t see what that is right now.” He managed to get out before staring at the ground.
"…" landyn wasn't used to talking to people this much so he didn't know how to react
Alex felt the heat rise to his cheeks “a-anyway, I guess I should get going. You probably have stuff to do.”
"Not really…" he said quietly.
“Well me neither….” shoot, what little social skills Alex had, were failing him.
he looked back and noticed someone. he then grabbed Alex's hand and pulled him along. "No…Not him…"
Alex was at this point, super flustered and decided just to keep his mouth shut and let himself get dragged along.
As they get to his house he stood there breathless. He looked back and noticed he was gone. "He's not here," he said and sighed
Alex would’ve asked who he was talking about but he was too busy trying to catch his breath. His frail body wasn’t used to running that fast.
"S-sorry about that…"
“…it’s…fine…” Alex replied, taking breaks to breathe. “Who were we running from anyway?”
"…Ummm can we go inside first?"
Alex tensed up a bit. Was this whole thing some sort of set up just so this guy could get him trapped here? Alex wouldn’t let that happen to him again. But…this guy seemed different. He’d trust him for now. “Sure.”
He sighs "Thanks…" he slowly opened the door and allowed him to walk in.
Alex walked in, muttering a quiet “thank you” it was a pretty nice house actually.
As Landyn walked in he looked like he could cry
Alex noticed his expression and couldn’t help but feel bad for him. “Hey…are you okay?” He asked gently
"J-Just…The one we were running from killed my parents…
“Dear God….that must be awful….” Alex cursed his awkwardness and inability to say something actually useful.
"I'm scared…What if he comes after me. He knows I'm still alive…"
