“H-have you called the police?” He asked nervously, wishing he could console this guy
Gay floof anyone?
"the police called me at the park…"
That explained why he seemed in such a hurry. “Do you think there’s anything else we can do?”
He shook his head. "Not that I know of…"
“I guess we’re stuck here until they handle it then” Alex replied.
"I hope it's not a long time…" he said. this was the longest he's been around someone in a long time.
“Yeah….” Alex was likewise uncomfortable around other people. “Oh I don’t think I ever caught your name”
"M-My name…? I-It's Landyn."
“N-nice to meet you. I’m Alex” he smiled slightly, just for a second
he nods. "t-thirsty?"
“I’ll be fine.” He still didn’t trust Landyn, he was tense, ready to make a run for the door if needed.
Landyn sighed and sat looking out the window every once in a while
Alex watched him for a bit before quietly pulling out his sketchbook.
Landyn started humming quietly not realizing he was doing it.
Alex got stuck on whatever he was working on and started tapping his pencil out to the same beat.
His phone started ringing "Aaaah" He answered it. "Hello? WAIT YOU GOT HIM?!?!? That was quick…" he started crying "Please don't be joking…Ok Thanks for telling me!"
Alex looked up from his art, curiosity in his gaze. He waited for him to get off the phone.
He hung up and sighed with relief. "oh my god…"
“Everything okay?” He asked with concern, turning to look at Landyn.
he nodded. "Y-You can go home now if you want to?"
Alex figured he’d overstayed his welcome. “O-oh yeah, I guess I probably should head back then.” He laughed nervously.
"Y-You don't have to…" he said trying to be polite but is words failed
“A-are you sure?” He asked, he really didn’t think that Landyn wanted him around. No one ever did.
He nodded not knowing what to say
“I mean I don’t have anything to do. No one waiting for me either. S-so I guess I might as well.” He replied awkwardly.
"U-Umm…" He started humming again for some reason
“S-sorry, I shouldn’t have said that…” he trailed off. It was all Alex’s fault as always. He was dumb and annoying, he should just let Landyn move on with his life.
Landyn shook his head. "D-Don't be"
He just sat there awkwardly, his inner demons choosing this moment to speak up. ‘Face it Alex, he doesn’t want you here, no one does. You’re useless, at least go back to the apartment where your existence won’t bother everyone.’
He sighed 'Just say something.' "Do you need anything?"
