"Go on ahead, love."

“Thanks…” he lay down, just so Landyn could go do something if he wanted to. His sketchbook had slid onto the floor during the commotion where it now sat abandoned.

Landyn runs his fingers through his hair.

Alex smiled weakly and slowly began to drift off to hopefully peaceful dreams.

Landyn smiled back. "Sleep well."

Within a few more minutes he was fast asleep. His chest rose and fell evenly.

Landyn held him closely.

((Time skip or you wanna do anything?

(Time skip.)

((Okay

Alex shifted in his sleep, murmuring something under his breath.

Landyn looked at him. I wonder what he's thinking about?

This boy was actually speaking full on Spanish in his sleep.

Landyn was confused. "Alex?"

He stopped for a second before speaking up again, slightly louder this time. “Sabes que no pueden entenderlo papá. Es verdad que no soy completamente seguro unos días pero…pienso que esa es el persona que soy. Entiendo si no pueden apoyar a mis acciones….” this boy literally just rehearsed a whole paragraph as if from memory.

((Translation: I know you can't understand it, dad. It’s true that I’m not completely sure some days but… I think that's the person I am. I understand if you can't support my actions

"Alex." he poked his cheek.

Alex shifted again, still fast asleep, his murmuring only every once in a while.

Landyn sighed. Never mind

After a few minutes he suddenly said very clearly “get out” the voice was sinister and angry and almost didn’t sound like his.

He shook him lightly. "Wake up."

Alex now woke up right away. He didn’t even seem that panicked at all. Maybe a bit of nostalgia in his eyes but that’s it.

"It's 5:00 love."

“In the morning or in the night?” He asked genuinely confused

"Night."

“Oh….is that the only reason you woke me up?” He was still kinda confused, he’d had a really weird dream…

"And the Spanish."

“What?”

"You spoke Spanish…"

“Oh um well I’m Hispanic so….”

"And I'm part Japanese."
