"Aren't they beautiful?" Evanna said patting each Thestral lightly on the head.

"Yes," Jamie agreed, stroking one lightly.
Rochelle and Madeline however, looked confused.
"What are you talking about?" Madeline asked. "The carriages have always pulled themselves."
"Oh, you don't see them, they're quite lovely." Evanna said putting her bag in the carriage. "Come along girls we're going to be late."
Jamie trailed her fingers along the thestral's side as she walked beside it and got back into the carriage. "Let's go," she said and the thestrals began to head off down the lane.
"Oh dear, I don't know who I'm going to sit with." Evanna said worried.
"Why not Jace?" Rochelle asked with a wink.
"Oh right, I suppose he'd be to busy with his friends though. He's quite popular." Evanna replied.
"But doesn't he like you at all?" Madeline raised her eyebrows.
"Well," Evanna paused. "He does like me and he asked me to Hogsmeade."
"Well, there you go," Rochelle said, a small grin on her face.
Jamie could practically see her thoughts.
"But he always has girls after him. What happens when he gets bored of me and finds someone better, someone prettier, someone with a better personality?" Evanna questioned.
"But he won't," Jamie assured her. "Calm down, you're getting anxious over nothing."
“When do I not get anxious?” Evanna questioned. “Anyone see any wild flowers?”
(Bump)
"Why do you need wildflowers?" Jamie asked, tilting in her slightly.
"To make jewelry and flower crowns of course." Evanna replied calmly, but also rolling her eyes at her sister. " Besides, I quite enjoy braiding them into my hair as well."
Jamie shook her head. "Evanna…"
"Yes?" Evanna question as if she had done something wrong.
"We're going to be late if we stop for wildflowers."
Evanna sighed. "I'll just have to go out later."
Soon enough, the carriage pulled up to the back of the school. "Let's hurry," Jamie suggested.
Evanna jumped off the carriage and skipped into the school. "Come along girls." She practically whispered.
The three Ravenclaws followed her skeptically.
"You all are awful quiet." Evanna said still skipping.
"Thinking," Jamie replied.
"Exactly," Rochelle added.
"Precisely," Madeline one-upped Rochelle with a grin.
"Ah interesting. I do hope most of my classes this year are taken up by care of magical creatures." Evanna said, picking up her pace a little trying to get to the food.
"You know you have to take other classes too, right?" Jamie pointed out, rolling her eyes slightly.
"Yeah yeah!" Evanna said over her shoulder as she skipped through the doors. She saw Jace and her face lit up a bit, but then she noticed all the people around him and had second thoughts. "Perhaps I should skip the feast." She said to Jamie.
"Perhaps you should go talk to Jace," her sister said, giving her a push in his direction.
"But there's so many people." Evanna said looking at the crowd of people.
