"But you should go," Jamie repeated.

"U..uh I guess." Evanna stuttered.

"Gooooooooooooo," she said, pushing her sister over.

Evanna walked slowly over to Jace, he looked up immediately and got up to get to Evanna. "Hey Evanna. Here there's an open seat over here." Jace grabbed her hand and lead her over to the table. Evanna blushed when Jace didn't release her hand while talking to his friends. "Whoa Jace, you got a girlfriend?" One of his friends asked. "Yes, I got the most adorable girl ever." Jace replied putting his arm around Evanna.

Jamie grinned and walked with her friends to the Ravenclaw table, giving Evanna a little wink.

Evanna was blushing the brightest rose pink. She couldn’t help but smile. “So Evanna, how long do you possibly think this little relationship is going to last.” Someone’s snarky voice said behind her.

Jamie sat down and felt someone's hands go over her eyes. "Guess who?" a playful voice inticed.

Evanna turned around to see Narcissa Black standing behind her. Even though Narcissa was a Slytherin she always loved to harss Evanna. "Run back to Malfoy, Narcissa." Jace said glaring at the girl. "How dare you! Just know I know more spells then you could even imagine." Narcissa drew her wand and pointed it at Jace. "Stupify!" Jace feel back holding his wrist. Narcissa turned her wand to Evanna.

Jamie heard a spell being cast and pried the hands off of her eyes. "Expelliarmus!" she cried and Narcissa Black's wand flipped from her hand.

"Oh bloody hell, You're so lucky your sister saved you!" Narcissa yelled running to retrieve her wand as she was greeted by Lucius. Evanna smiled over a Jamie to say thanks but then remember what Narcissa had done to Jace. "Oh Merlins, are you okay Jace?" Evanna said as she raced over to Jace's side. "Well she got me pretty damn good, but I'm better now that I get to see your beautiful face." Jace said, a classic Jace sly smile spreading over his face. "Sly as ever I see. Come along you, we're going to Madam Pomfrey." Evanna said helping the boy up and assisted him to walk to the Hospital Wing. Evanna saw someone standing near Jamie as they left but she didn't get a good look of who.

Jamie released a deep breath and turned to look at the person, putting her hands on her hips. "That was horrible timing James."
James Potter only grinned. "I'm sorry. Sirius only want me to come over and say hi."
"Of course he did," Jame sighed, rolling her eyes and trying to look serious.
"Oh, come on, Jamie," James said with a mischevious glint in his eyes. "You can't stay mad at me and you know it."
"Hello, Jamie!" a new voice greeted. Jamie smiled warmly at Lily Evans.
"Hello, Lily. How was your summer?"
"Simply splendid!" Lily enthused.
"Wonderful. It looks like the feast will be starting soon. You should both be getting over to Gryffindor," Jamie suggested, looking over to where Sirius was waving at her. She giggled and waved back.

Evanna and Jace made their way into the Hospital wing. “Narcissa is just jealous by the way.” Jace said taking Evanna’s hand.

Sirius got up and came over, followed by Remus and Peter.
"Hey, Jamie," he said, his eyes sparkling.
"Hello, Sirius," she replied, equally joyed to be seeing him.
"We'll leave you to it," Lily said with a subtle wink at Jamie.
Rochelle and Madeline made small talk with some other Ravenclaws and Jamie was left standing alone before Sirius.
"Hey, Jamie," he repeated.
"Hello, Sirius," she mimicked.

Evanna blushed. Madam Pomfrey turned. "Ah, didn't think it would take very long until I'd see you." She looked directly at Jace. "Narcissa Black and Evanna had a bit of a argument and I had to stand up for this lovely gal, let's just say Narcissa is faster. A spell later and I'm flying through the air and landed right on my wrist." Jace said, winking at Evanna mid story. "Ah, I see. Well let's see what I can do for you Mr. Kallis." The lady rushed away and started grabbing random potion bottles off of shelves.

"How was your summer?" Sirius asked smoothly.
"Fine. How was yours?" Jamie replied easily.
"It was good. Missing one thing though." He winked and a rosy tinge appeared on the Ravenclaw's face.

Evanna and Jace sat on the edge of one of the cots. "So, how come it took you so long to ever admit you liked me?" Jace asked, nudging Evanna's foot with his. "Well, I, um, when I had the courage." Evanna answered, a light pink spreading across her freckled cheeks.

Dumbledore began to call attention to himself by making sparks with his wand.
"I should go," Sirius said and disappeared with a wink. Jamie sat down, a healthy blush on her cheeks.

"Here you go Mr. Kallis, take this and then hurry back to the hall you two, you don't want to miss the Head Master's speech." Madam Pomfrey said. Jace grabbed Evanna's hand and they ran through the halls until they got to the Great Hall. "Looks like we made it in time." Evanna said sitting down.

"Welcome," Dumbledore began. "Welcome to another year at Hogwarts!"

Evanna leg started bouncing, Jace took her hand and didn't let go.

"I'd like to begin the year by saying that any sort of careless spell casting in the halls is strictly forbidden." He gave the Gryffindor table a hard look and Jamie giggled, thinking about the time Sirius had hexed a Slytherin girl in the Great Hall when she'd been teasing her.

Evanna looked at Jace. Jace acted innocence but he knew what he did. "Okay, so I did it once." Jace said, trying to act innocent. Evanna thought back to the day that James Potter and Jace had a prank war in and between classes. Professor Sprout wasn't to happy about that one.

Eventually Dumbledore finished and the food appeared on the tables.

"Oh there's pudding." Evanna said looking at the dessert that was just out of her reach. "Here ya go love." Jace handed her a plate. "Thank you." Evanna blushed and tucked in.

Jamie giggled, seeing her sister first reach for the pudding. "Of course," she mumbled.

Suddenly, Sirius sat down beside her. "Sirius? What are you doing?" she hissed. "You're going to get in trouble."
He only shrugged. His badge had been enchanted to momentarily look like the Ravenclaw crest. "Okay."
Jamie arched her eyebrows. "You want to start off the year getting detention?" she asked.
"It won't be so bad knowing I did it to be with you," he purred.
Jamie blushed furiously.

Evanna looked over and noticed Sirius Black sitting at the Ravenclaw table. "Curious. Jace isn't Sirius a Gryffindor?" Jace looked up, confused. "Yeah, why?" Evanna pointed to Sirius sitting at the Ravenclaw table. "That's why." Jace turned to look. "Ah, it seems he's talking to Jamie." Evanna looked over and saw Jamie blushing a bright crimson.
