((It's fine!))
Eric opened the zine, looking over the list of concerts. "Next week. Can you make it? If you have plans, it's fine, really." He said, quickly.

"No, I can make it," Jackson responded quickly his hand on his neck, "I, uh, don't believe I have anything next week."
"Great!" Eric said, grinning. Okay wow he actually agreed now dON'T FUCK THIS UP
"Yay!" Jackson beamed back and held back onto the chains, "So uh, what time and stuff?"
"It's ten pm at the corner of 53rd and 3rd." He said, smiling. "Most of them play there." He said, referring to the old warehouse on the corner.
"Ah," Jackson nodded, "Punk concert in an abandoned warehouse. Who would've guessed?"
"No other place takes us." He said, shrugging.
"Sure they don't," Jax responded with a slight tease.
"They don't." He said, shaking his head. "Not without a lot of fighting. It's not worth it."
"Oh," Jax let up, "That's too bad honestly."
Eric nodded. "Yeah." He said. "Their loss!"
"Yep," Jackson nodded as he smiled at Eric, "Who wouldn't want some punk indie band playing at their establishment?"
"Exactly!" He said, grinning. "A shame, really."
"It really is, dear," Jax let out a laugh.
Eric blushed, chewing his lip.
Jax spotted his blush and looked away, "So, uh, you play guitar?"
"Yeah!" Eric said. "I mean, I'm not good, but I try my best."
“Well you’re better than some people,” Jax told Eric as he carefully looked back.
Eric shook his head. "You haven't even heard me play…"
"I can talk about the general population that can't play guitar," Jackson said with a grin, "I'm sure your great anyway."
Eric blushed. "Um, thanks, I guess…?"
"Your welcome, I guess," Jackson grinnedover at him, "Didn't we say we were going to sing and play for each other?"
"I think we did." He said quietly, swinging a bit.
"So, uh, you don't have your guitar on you, but my voice is always here," Jax said with a light blush.
Eric nodded. "Yeah, I'd have to go back to my place for my guitar." He said. And mom and dad might be home already-
Jax nodded, "Yeah I figured. Since you don't have it on you."
Wait, dad got paid yesterday, so he'll be out, and mom has the late shift… "We could probably go back there, if ya want…" He offered, a bit nervous.
"Are you sure?" Jackson didn't want to push Eric any further than he already had. Just this morning they were some weird mixture of friends and annoying people.
"I-I-If you want!" He said quickly. "I mean-"
"No! No it's fine," Jax responded even faster, "I don't mind. Do you want to lead the way?"
