Eric nodded, deciding it was better to keep his mouth shut for now.
Hey, wanna gay one on one?
Jackson smiled and then stepped out of Eric's way, "Okay, my darling, let's get going."
Eric smiled, walking up to the counter to pay.
Jackson stayed behind him trying to calm his now racing heart. Maybe he should cease with the teasing for now.
Eric bought the record, taking the bag and walking back to Jackson. "Where you wanna go?"
"We could go to a park or something," Jackson suggested with a slight shrug.
"Okay!" He said, smiling. "Lead the way?"
"Sure," Jackson smiled back putting his hands back in his pockets, "I know a park nearby too."
Eric nodded. "Okay."
Jackson began making his way out of the music store taking one last glance at all the instruments, "Let's go then."
Eric trialed after him, humming a bit.
Jackson glanced back at Eric. He didn't know what to talk about at the moment.
Eric, as usual, was having an internal gay panic. Okay, what haven't we talked about yet…?
Jackson's hands were balled up. He didn't like the silence, it felt too tense. He couldn't think of anything to talk about though.
"So, what's been happening?" He asked, trying to break the silence. "Sorry, it got too quiet."
"Nothing much really," Jackson let out a slight laugh again, "I don't blame you to be honest."
Eric nodded. "Yeah, hasn't been very busy recently around here, has it?"
"It really hasn't," Jackson let out a sigh, "Then again not being busy isn't a bad thing."
"Yeah, I guess." He said, shrugging. "I got the new issue of the zine, by the way, if you wanna check it out?" He asked sheepishly, glancing up.
"Sure," Jackson gave Eric a grin, "You read it first though. Cause your the one who bought it ya know?"
Eric laughed a bit. "They're free, ya know." He said. "Zine's just a fan made magazine. You generally don't turn a profit."
Jackson let out a slight laugh as his cheeks turned pink from embarrassment, "Oh. I, uh, didn't know that."
"Eric smiled, looking up at him. "Now ya do!"
"Now I do," Jackson echoed back as his hand dug further into his pockets.
Eric adjusted his bag again, fidgeting a bit.
Jax kept walking his mind wandering a little bit, "So, uh, do you like parks?"
Eric nodded, smiling. "Yeah. Kinda childish, but…"
"I get it," Jackson gave him a light grin. Control your feelings, your not out yet to anyone but Lillian.
Eric nodded, playing with the strap of his bag
Jax returned to walking in silence. They weren't far from the park at this point, just had to cross one of the busiest streets in town.
