Nixa had finally dozed off when she heard the rock on the window. She straightens and growls lowly, opening the window to inspect around the area. Her had goes towards her gun hidden under her cloak. "Who's there?"

There was not an answer in the night. Nor another rock. Whomever had thrown it must’ve gone stock still.

Nixa growls. "Show yourself!" She hisses, her eyes dark. After more silence. She takes a deep breath and sighs, looking around. Her eyes shut as she takes a deep breath and walks to Lara's side. She smiles gently at the sleeping figure. She smiles and rests a hand on her head, sitting on her bed.

Lara blinked open her eyes and made a faint noise in her throat. She smiled and took Nixa’s hand. She opened her mouth to speak, only to get interrupted by another stone.

Nixa growls lowly, her eyes narrowing. She didn't like this. Someone was playing games and she didn't like it. She takes her hand, "Stay quiet." She whispers gently.

Lara looked over at the window. “It might be a prince trying to catch my attention,” She whispered back, looking up at Nixa again.

Nixa cracks her knuckles. "Oh please… Doing that doesn't gain anything." She laughs slightly before placing a hand on Lara's head. "Go back to sleep, dearest."

Lara glanced up at her. “But I’m all woken up now!”

Nixa sighs. "Would you like me to sing a lullaby or something?" She smiles faintly.

Lara laid down slowly and yawned again. “That’d be nice.”

Nixa nods and smiles. She begins to sing softly, her voixe floating through the air as she ran a gentle hand through Lara's hair, a soft smile on her lips.

Lara relaxed slowly. Nixa’s voice was so sweet and nice. She could listen to it for forever, it was so sweet and pleasant.

Finally, Nixa finished the song. She kept running a gentle hand through Lara's hair, humming softly as she did so. She smiles down at the other, the moonlight only showing her outline.

Lara smiled, half-asleep. “That… that was so pretty…”

Nixa smiles. "Sleep princess." She whispers. "I will be here to watch over you."

Lara nodded hazily, her eyes falling shut slowly. “Mmm… good night, Nixa…”

Nixa chuckles quietly at how sleepy her princess was. "Goodnight, princess. Sleep well." She whispers.

Lara soon went back to snoring softly, snuggled up into her comfy bed and her fluffy hair. She looked like a cat.

Nixa laughs softly into her hand and starts pacing the room, her hand never far from the gun in her jacket. It was so quiet, Nixa could pick up the skittering of a mouse somewhere in the castle.

The room was quiet and no more rocks came flying through the open window. Soon dawn light leaked into the room, as Lara still slept on.

Nixa was sitting on the window ledge, gazing down at the gardens. She sighs softly and relaxes, leaning her head back in exhaustion.

Lara wiggled deeper into the sheets. Her body wanted to wake up, but she didn’t let it. She liked to be warm and comfy.

Nico glances at the clock. Ten minutes until wake up call. Okay. She could do that. She settles on the couch and shuts her eyes.

It was a couple hours later, and strong sunlight was in the room, ringing throughout Lara’s furnishings and brightening them a few shades. It was a beautiful morning. But also a bright one.

Nixa was already going for the day. She was humming softly as she gazes outside. It was extremely bright. She bites her lip and sighs.

Lara snored softly, still snuggled up. She managed to force herself back to sleep.
