“My name is Resentment.” She looked up at him. “But you may call me Graci.”

“I can’t help it!” M defended himself, looking up at her. “The grass is slippery.

Eve titled her head. "D'awww you poor baby." She coddled his, rocking him gently in her arms. "I must tend after my King if he is this deprived of his rest. It is simply unacceptable. I will no tolerate it." Eve kissed his nose. "What will you have me do, my King?"

"Yes… you are." Juliet nodded her agreement. "So I don't see why I have earned this title of shame when it is nearly impossible to stay away from you."

M blinked at her. “You seem to forget that I don’t wear shoes.” He pointed down at his feet. “Anyway, I don’t need traction.” He spun on a heel and continued walking.

Neo set his head into her neck, giving a slow hum as she rocked him. She was so warm and soft with him…

Zackary relaxed back into the bed, his limbs still stretched out. “I’m not shaming you.”

"Mhmmm…. Yes, my king." She said, resting her head on his. She had a lot to do today, but none of it mattered when it came to Neophyte. Everything else failed in comparison to him.

Juliet shrugged. "But you do tease, mercilessly. And I thought I was doing you a favor." she pouted, her bottom lip puckering as her cheeks puffed.

M shook his hair out. “I will not do any such thing.” He wrinkled his nose.

Neo gently stroked the side of her face as they dozed together, his eyelids growing heavier and heavier. He could stay with her, like this, until they got split up again.
“Are you staying here tonight?” He asked softly.

Zackary moved his arms to the back of his head, cupping it in his hands.
“Right. I’m such a tease when I’m doing my job.” He laughed softly. “I’ve been given a day off, so you’re welcome to me, babe.”

Eve gave a sleepy nod as she leaned back, resting against the arm of the chair. "Yes, Neo, I'll stay tonight…" She pulled him close and kicked her heels off, intertwining their legs. She couldn't help but think that Neo had been right…

This couch was very comfy, indeed.

Juliet nodded. "I know… Otherwise you'd be gone by now and I'd be on my way out. " She shifted closer and rested her head on his chest.

Graci tilted her head and moved her arm out of the way.

Jericho chuckled as he leaned forward to begin burning small neat letters into the wood of the bench. "Resentment, eh? Interesting parents to name you after one of the Chief Gods."

M paused for her, then bobbed after her down the hill. Occasionally his feet slipped under the slippery grass from the rains on the previous day.

Neo leaned his head on her shoulder and shut his eyes. He pulled her around him with a faint sigh, relaxing into the comfy couch again. He would find it so easy to fall asleep again.

Zackary set a hand on her head, slipping his fingers through her hair. “True. So what do you suggest we do all day?”

Graci tilted her head, her smile growing. “Yes, it is quite odd. I suppose you can call it my nickname than anything else.”

Eve sighed into him. "I love you…" she whispered as she settled against him.

Juliet looked up at him with mischief in her eyes. She lit a candle with her magic and shut the curtains, casting their room in darkness, only the candle illuminating them. "We could do a little hanky-panky?" She wiggled her brows.

M looked down at a rock, intent on tripping him up. He pointed at it. He would not be tripped up by something as dead as he. He stepped over it thunderously, only to flop down onto his butt from a particularly slippery patch of grass. It didn’t hurt. He just felt annoyed with himself.

Neo smiled into her skin, sighing softly. “I love you too.”

Zackary looked impressed and interested. He didn’t sit up for her, though.
“Sure we could. C’mere.” He beckoned her with a finger.

M looked up at her. He looked angry.
“Yes. I am fine.”

Juliet giggled and did as she was told, she crawled up to him and kissed him softly.
