Alex rolled his eyes as the cheesecakes got set up towards her. The cashier handed Alex his card again, then lapsed into boredom.
mOth GIRL COME MORROW I WANT ANOTHER RP WITH YOU
Autumn looked at the plates of cheesecakes, down at her two arms, and then over at Alex. She smiled sheepishly at him.
"Help me carry these to a table?"
Alex picked up his slice of cheesecake. He blinked at her.
"You are going to be the one who bit off more than what she can chew. Literally and metaphorically."
"Well, I'm not going to eat all of it! That's why I got the box," Autumn explained as she grabbed a couple of plates.
Alex set his plate down on a table and collected a few plates for her. "Jeez… I don't even know why I'm helping you."
(My friend's exact quote when I bought 16 Cowtails at a Football game)
(I think I've tried one of those, but I don't think I liked it…)
"Um… Because you enjoy my company for some reason?" Autumn said before going to grab a fork. She walked back to the table and sat across from Alex, staring at the cheesecakes.
(yes ignore the fact at how many I bought Not a lot of people like Cowtails)
Alex rolled his eyes and set the cheesecakes down. "Yes, because I enjoy your company."
(Eh, I wasn't too surprised about it. Yeah… It wasn't terrible, but I don't think I'll be eating another.)
"And why is that?" Autumn absentmindedly, debating on which cheesecake she should start with.
(Why not??? everyone in the band was xD Yeah, I get that.)
Alex rolled his eyes. "Because you're my friend."
(Because I would do that with Mike and Ike's…)
"Hm. Cool. Hey, which one of these do you think I should start with?" Autumn asked, looking up at him.
(Dude Mike and Ike's are so good)
Alex cut neatly into his cake. "I would suggest try to finish at least three."
(Dude, they're literally the best candy of all time. Ever.)
"Yeah, but which should I start with?" Autumn sighed.
(Yeyeeeeesss I'm not a big candy person but I agree)
Alex shook his head and didn't respond. He just ate his logical one slice of cheesecake.
(There's literally a half of an entire store dedicated to them in the Mall of America…)
"Help meee!" Autumn begged.
(bruuruuuuuuuhhhhhhh)
Alex gave her a look and stayed silent. He judged her as he ate.
(And you can buy them in bulk!!!)
"Rude," Autumn mumbled as she started in on the dulce de leche one. She took a bit of that, then strawberry, then the rest, one after the other.
(screammmsss)
Alex rolled his eyes and finished off his cheesecake. He rose and ordered another slice, which once dished up, he sat back down with.
(And there are a ton of different flavors!!!)
"Stop judging me," Autumn grumbled, staring down at her current piece.
(dies)
Alex cut into his cake. "I'm not judging you."
(It's my favorite store there. There are, like, three different candy stores in the mall. Lol.)
"Mmhm…" Autumn hummed disbelievingly.
(whwywwhwywyywywwwwwyuyyyyyyy)
Alex rolled his eyes again, so fiercely they might've gone out of his head. He took a forkful and continued judging her silently.
(Idek, man. The Mike and Ikes store is actually the Peeps store…)
"Staaaahhhhp," Autumn said, happening to have looked up right as he rolled his eyes.
(That makes no sense)
Alex glanced up at her. "What? Enjoy your cake!"
(Ikr?)
"You're judging me. I can feel it," Autumn muttered, her cheeks tinted red.
"I'm not judging you. Enjoy the caake."
"Whatever," Autumn mumbled, taking another bite of cake.
Alex rolled his eyes. "It's not whatever, I'm not."
"Fine…" Autumn sighed, finishing one slice of cake after having tasted each of them.
Alex hummed to a song he was thinking about writing as he ate. Soon he ran out of cake, so he set the fork down and thrummed his fingers along with the beat.
"New song?" Autumn asked, glancing up at him. The cake had helped her mood simmer down, and she had now eaten about four whole pieces.
