Alex made a noise in his throat. "PM, I hope."
mOth GIRL COME MORROW I WANT ANOTHER RP WITH YOU
"Yeah, I'd hope so, too," Autumn laughed. "On a scale of one to ten, how excited are you?"
"I'm like, a twelve, Autumn! I can't wait!"
"I can tell!" Autumn chuckled in amusement. "Do you know what you're going to wear?"
"I dunno! I'll find something." Alex beamed at his wall.
"You should probably do that as soon as possible, then make sure it's ironed. You don't want to look unprofessional to meet her," Autumn directed.
Alex puffed himself out and stood up. "I have a pair of khakis. Do you think those'll work?"
"Um… Maybe? Do you have a suit and tie, just in case?" Autumn asked.
"Uuuuuuummm…" Alex rifled around. "I do. I have a dress shirt and a tie."
"But, like, a suit jacket and pants?" Autumn asked, tapping her fingers against the edge of the bed.
"Uuuuum… no. Nope, just a tie, dress shirt and khakis." Alex frowned.
Autumn sighed and put her head in her hand. "Are you doing anything today?"
Alex faltered a little at her sigh. "No, I'm not."
"I'm taking you tux shopping, then," Autumn declared, already standing to get ready.
"Tux shopping?" Alex echoed confusedly.
"Suit shopping. You need a real suit to meet with a producer," Autumn declared, running a brush through her hair.
Alex hurried up to his feet, throwing clothes on haphazardly. "Why now?"
"What do you mean, 'Why now?'" Autumn asked, putting the phone on speaker to pull on a nice maroon blouse and black skinny jeans.
Alex had previously put the phone on speaker and was preparing to brush his teeth. "Why now?" He repeated the question stupidly.
"'Why now' what?" Autumn asked, checking her reflection to make sure she looked good.
"Why are we going now??" He asked before brushing his teeth hastily.
"So that you have time to get it and because I need to be at the set tomorrow morning!" Autumn explained as she took her phone off of speaker and threw on a pair of black, high-heeled, knee-high boots.
Alex spit out the paste. "Why do you care so much?"
"Because you're my friend, and I want you to get the best chance at this as you can," Autumn explained as she stepped out the door after grabbing a maroon purse.
Alex nodded. "Makes sense. I'll be down in a bit."
"I'll be waiting outside," Autumn let him know.
Alex nodded, though she couldn't see him. "Alright."
"See you in a bit," Autumn said before hanging up.
Alex hung up the phone, quickly combed his hair, put on his shoes, grabbed his wallet and phone then went out the door. He took the elevator down, then out the front door he went.
Autumn looked up from her phone and saw Alex coming out.
"Hey! You ready?" she asked with a smile.
