one on one?

After an hour more of sleep, V woke up though he stayed put in bed for another thirty minutes, silently cursing himself for staying in the same bed as Nathaniel. I should have asked if he was ok with that…..aw hell…I cuddled with him….. V groaned softly, great….now how am I supposed to talk to him…

Nathaniel noticed that V had woken up and pretended to be asleep. Then it could at least be a little less awkward for V.

V cautiously glanced over his shoulder and sighed in relief at seeing him asleep. He carefully got up from the bed and headed to the living room

Nathaniel waited a few minutes before going out as well. "Morning… How'd you sleep?"

V glanced up and smiled softly "fine, you?" He asked, hoping to the heavens above that he didn't mention them sleeping together

"Well enough… don't remember it, though. I was asleep." Nathaniel grinned and sat down at the table.

V nodded "good, that you slept well." He saw the smile again and blushed softly

Nathaniel let his smile fade, wanting to hide his dimples. "So, what're we doing today?"

V put hucomputor into his backpack "we need to go print and laminate your ID. Afterwards, I'm not sure."

"Alright. When do you want to do that? We've got all day."

V shrugged "we can do it after breakfast if you want, just to get it out of the way." I also finished typing the resume up so if you want to take a look at that, you can. Make some changes to if if you'd like."

Nathaniel looked over the resume. "Looks good to me. I don't think we need to change anything."

V nodded "anywhere you want to eat for breakfast? I'm sure you don't want to eat muffins again,"

"Uh, I'm not too picky. I'm also broke, so I don't know what's around here. Any places you like?"

He thought for a second "there's a bakery down the street that's really good." He offered

"Sounds good to me. Like I said, I'm broke, so you're paying." Nathaniel clicked his tongue and stood up, following V out the door.

V nodded "that's fine, it's not that expensive anyways." He said, heading out he door and locking it once Nathaniel was out

"Are we walking or driving?" Nathaniel stood outside the building, awaiting instruction.

Walking, it's not that far from here." V said, heading down the stairs

"Alright." Nathaniel followed V to the bakery.

They walked for a few minutes, turning on a few streets to avoid as many people as possible

"We're here! I think…" Nathaniel looked up at the bakery before going inside.

V nodded and followed him "you find a seat, what do want to eat?"

"Uh… I'll just have like, a plain bagel. With nothing on it. Just a raw bagel like a weirdo."

"…not even butter? Ok then….anything else?" He asked, trying to hold in a small laugh

"…Tea." Nathaniel found a table and sat down, waiting for V to get the food.

He glanced up at he menu and sighed "ok…there's like a million types of tea." He walked up to the counter and ordered a plain bagel and some herbal tea. For himself he ordered a cinamon roll and hybiscus tea. "Thank you," he said to the lady at the counter when she gave him the food. He headed over to the table Nathanirl chose and set the bagel in front of him along with the tea

"Thanks." Nathaniel took a bite of the bagel, swinging his legs a bit under the chair. "Human food is weird."

"it's not bad, you're the one who wanted a plain bagel." V teased, taking a sip of his tea and digging into the cinnamon roll
