Skye sighed, huffing as he let go to leap off a dumpster and up to the fire escape. riding the ladder down he motioned for Micheal to follow.
He climbed up. "Think they're still after us?"
"Definitely." said Skye, jogging across the rooftop. "Welcome to my world!" he yelled.
"Gods damn…" He muttered, following after him.
Skye sped up and lept to the next rooftop, and kept jogging. "Keep up!" he yelled.
"I'm trying!" He said, trying to jump and stumbling. "I'll catch up!"
Skye opened a portal beneath him, causing the other to land next to him. "Please don't tell me you're afraid of hieghts?"
"I'm not scared, just apprehensive." He said. "Also, I do not have much experience leaping from building to building."
"You get used to it pretty quick." said Skye, jogging off again, this time keeping a lighter pace.
He followed after him. "Seriously, do these people not have anything better to do?"
"Not when they have the opportunity to gain full control of a Halfblood Alta Nebulae…"
"Assholes." He muttered.
"Hey, upside is is that I keep them off the bagks of literally every other halfblood in the city"
"You shouldn't have to!"
"Not my idea!" Said Skye, "Just a side affect of what I am!"
He looked back, hearing… something. "Did you hear something?" He asked, speeding up a bit.
Skye tensed, checking behind them with his telepathy. Visibly paling he suddenly shifted, skidding to a stop in front of the other. "Get on if you wanna live…" he said, real fear in his voice.
He climbed on his back, holding on tightly. "Are you sure you can do this? With your leg and all?"
Skye bolted, not waiting for the other to settle. I have to or we're both dead! he said, using his telepathy.
"How- how the fuck did you do that?" He asked, wrapping his legs around the other's waist.
Skye kept running. I'm a telepath… Also you might wanna know that I have a horrible time trying to block your surface thoughts out.
"…Oh." He said, blushing wildly.
Yep. said Skye, his ears flattening in embarrassment.
"…How much have you heard?"
On and off since yesterday in school. said Skye, Part of why I gave you my last name when we accidentally met in the abandoned building, I recognized you, and didn't want you doing the same.. Also note that I don't do it on purpose, and It's only surface thoughts,
"Okay… how much of my minuscule dignity would you say is intact after what you heard?" He asked, half the things he thought flooding his mind.
How about we just not go there… cause i know mine is no longer intact.. said Skye, still running. Although… do you still stand by the opinion that I'm hot?
His face flushed bright red. "Oh… so you heard that…"
