"I am very very resilient." said Skye. "Plus I don't give up easy."

He blinked. "You could have died. Several times."

"I know." said Skye. "But what am I supposed to do? Go to the police and tell them that a cult is trying to kill me cause I happen to be only half human?"

"Leave out the half human part, or say they just think you're half human." He said.

"Yeah no… y'see, they would bring me in, and ask why, and then they'd do the DNA tests, and then I'd be in a bigger mess" said Skye. "Plus, I have no prove, and no one believes a street kid."

"Oh…" He said, playing with his fingers.

"Yep" said Skye, "Oh, and they'd also check my description out for the many many reports of petty theft from over the years, and then I'd end up in Juvenile Prison, or actual Prison, and an even easier target for the Hunters, cause they're literally everywhere."

"Okay, so, bad idea…"

"Yes. Very bad." said Skye, "Especially since it wouldn't be hard to identify me, since my hair is natural and dye hates me."

He nodded. "Yeah, that's be hard."

"Yep" said Skye.

He sat quietly.

Skye watched him. "So…."

"That was a thing."

"Yeah…. uhm…" skye sighed, trying to think of a conversation starter.

He leaned his head back, humming.

Skye sighed, focusing on the other's tune again.

"I am an antichrist… I am an anarchist…" He sang, smiling softly

Skye watched him quietly, listening to the notes.

He closed his eyes, and kept singing.

Skye had started humming along, not a fan of the lyrics, but the tune was good.

"I wanna be… anarchyyyyyyyy!" He said, trying his best British accent.

Skye smiled, watching him, noting the tune as he sang.

He tapped out the beat on his leg, opening his eyes.

Skye was still watching him, absentmindedly humming a similar tune.

He leaned on his shoulder a bit.

Skye forced himself not to tense up, glad for his dark skin, which hid the blush.

He turned back to humming.

Skye sighed absentmindedly mumbling the words to an old lullaby he knew.

He closed his eyes again. "Your voice is pretty…" He mumbled.
