He picked her up and spun her around, the light of the streetlight casting a brightness on the section of street.
Out Of The Blue // One-On-One // CLOSED
P.J laughed, grabbing onto his shoulders so as not to fall. "It's like a movie set. But better."
"I wouldn't say that," He laughed. "The set for Born Ready and Fire Hall were absolutely stunning."
"Okay, yeah, whatever. I still think this is better than any movie set." She leaned into him a little.
"You definitely haven't gone on set of my newest movie then," He joked.
"Aha! Another clue! At this rate I'll know what it is within days." She laughed.
"I'll give you one good hint. I'm gonna be a superhero," He smiled proudly.
P.J grinned up at him. "You always are. Hm…Shazam 2?" She joked.
"No one can replace Zachary Levi," He replied. "But no. It's a hero that no one else has done yet."
"Ooh. Marvel or DC? Or something else?"
"I'm not telling you about the marvelous character," He said, sticking his nose up in fake stuck-up-ness.
"Interesting…" P.J jumped to press a light kiss to his lips. "Is it based off of a comic or new?"
"I shan't tell you. Someone could be listening, and I don't want them to hear."
"Okay, fine, that's it for now." P.J gave in, nudging him.
The rain continued to fall, and their hair continued to get soaked.
"Maybe we should go inside…if you want. I can barely see."
He sighed, trying to act annoyed. "Fine," He whined.
P.J giggled, hugging him. "Thank you."
He took her hand and they walked towards his apartment, the streetlights and lights from buildings lighting the way.
She followed, stumbling a little on a branch.
Jason noticed that and picked her up, giving her a piggy back.
She giggled, rested her head on his shoulder and wrapping her arms across his chest.
He bounced up and down slightly, acting as if she was a young child.
She laughed, her hair bouncing up and down. Eventually, they reached the awning of Jason's apartment.
He plopped her down, the two of them protected from the rain by the awning. He grinned.
P.J grinned back, giggling again and leaning into him slightly. "Thanks."
"What do you want to do from here?" He asked, looking over her head and into the rain.
"It depends. I can, uh, stay out for however long, so it doesn't really matter."
(so basically her parents verbally abuse and neglect her so she doesn't really wanna go back home….)
"Do you wanna…maybe…stay over for the night?" He suggested.
P.J looked up. "You'd do that?"
