"Of course I would!" He laughed, almost as if it was an absurd question. "You're my girlfriend! It'd be rude not to! Besides, we can spend more time together. I'm always working on set rather than with you."
"Really? Oh my god, thank you so much!" P.J grinned and hugged him.
He hugged her back. When he broke away he grabbed her hand, leading her into the apartment building and up the stairs.
P.J followed him quietly, padding up the apartment stairs behind him and never letting go of his hand.
He dropped her hand only to unlock the door to his apartment, opening it and pushing her into the warm room.
"Thank you." P.J told him, taking off her jacket and draping it over a chair. "Again."
"Do you wanna have a shower to warm up?" He asked, ringing out his hair over the sink.
"A quick one would be nice, I guess." She tilted her head at him, wondering how on earth someone could be so kind.
"It's down through the hall on the left," He said, taking his jacket off. "I'll take one after you."
"Okay. Thanks." P.J told him, disappearing in the hallway.
Taking off her shirt, she stared for a while at her flat chest before starting the water and getting in. She wasn't sure when she was going to tell Jason - or if he already knew. He would figure it out eventually - she knew he was smart enough to do that - but until he knew and was okay with it, she could never really feel 100% comfortable around herself or anyone else.
Jason bent down and went through his DVD's. Sure he had Netflix, but there was just something that seemed special about watching movies on disk. He grabbed one he thought she might like.
P.J ended the shower, dried off, put her clothes back on and toweled her hair down before returning with a light smile. "Found one?"
"Yeah," He replied, holding it up. "Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse?"

The smile turned to a grin. "Yeah, that one's great." She sat on the couch, her hair still a little damp.
"Wait here," He said, standing up. "I'll have a shower and then we can put it on. This is my all time favourite movie." He walked down the hall and into the bathroom.
"Got it." P.J leaned back on the couch cushions, sighing. He is a gift from god, She thought to herself.
Jason had always been the person to take quick showers. He was out in a few minutes, hair somehow dry, slightly oversized hoodie on his body. He had another one in his hand, and he chucked it towards P.J.
P.J barely caught it, surprised, but put it on just the same. It did the job: Warm, big, and it smelled nice, too. It smelled like Jason. She snuggled into it gratefully.
He put the DVD into the DVD player, grabbed the remote and then sat down on the couch beside her, wrapping an arm around P.J.
She put her head on his shoulder and leaned into him a little, sighing as the movie started.
Jason watched the movie intently. He'd always loved it: the animation, the graphics, the music, the voice acting…it was just so perfectly done.
P.J liked it, too. Especially Spider-Gwen - I mean, honestly, what an icon.

Jason's favourite scene was coming up. It was the part when Miles was bitten and he simply smacked the spider away. He laughed softly.
"Mood…" P.J mumbled, mostly to herself.
His eyes glittered as he watched the movie. He looked down, and he smiled when he saw the look of wonder on her face.
P.J looked up at him and grinned, then turning her attention back to the movie.
"Hey do you want some popcorn?" He asked, remembering that he had microwavable popcorn in his pantry.
“Yeah, I’d like that.” P.J responded.
He got up and walked into the kitchen, opening the pantry and getting out the popcorn.
P.J sighed, leaning against the couch cushions to wait.
