"huh, like what? I've always heard that tomatoes survive under any and every condition." She said, glancing at the car in slight suspicion "thank you," she muttered softly, getting into the passengers seat

“You’re welcome,” he sank down into the driver’s seat, “I haven’t driven in a while…” he swallowed, “Do we have to?”
She shook her head "no, I'm not don't of driving either makes me feel weird just being IN a car. But wouldn't it be easier for you? I'm sure walking takes a toll." She said, Hoping she wasnt coming off as fussy

Matt swallowed, “Cars just make me nervous still. From..the crash and all.” He looked over to her, his lips pursed with anxiety.
"we can walk if you'd like." She said, wanting to.leave the car. "I dot't mind walking."

He opened his door again to clamber out, “Thank you so much,” He breathed.
Ro laughed and nodded "no problem," he got out of the car and stepped back from it, glancing over at Matt

Matt closed the car door, “It’s quite a walk,” he hobbled around the car to her, “But there’s sidewalk the whole way.”
"that's good at least, "your sure you'll be alright walking the whole way?" She asked, a bit worried

“I’ll be fine, I’m used to walking with the crutch,” he assured her, “Are you fine walking the whole way?”
She nodded "I'll be fine. I like walking." She bounced about a bit, ready to go.

Matt redshifted his crutch, “Sweet.” He hobbled over to her then down the sidewalk.
When Matt came back, Ro linked their arms together to help support him

He held onto her arm tightly as they walked, “So…besides gardening what do you like to do? As in hobbies?”
She thought for a moment, subconsciously tucking a piece of hair behind her ear "well, besides gardening, I love reading and learning. That's actually how I got into sculpting."

“Sculpting?” He looked over to her with an intrigued grin, “That’s amazing, what do you like to sculpt?”
She blushed from the attention and praised "Mostly mechanical animals, made from househeld objects." she explained, remebering she had made a hamster in a ball for him

Matt smiled, “Oh that’s amazing! I’d love to see one of them sometime. If you would let me.” He very gently bumped into her shoulder.

Ro laughed and nodded "of course, I actually made one for you. I'll give it to you when we get back." She said with an excited bounce in her step

Matt's expression brightened even more than it already had, "You did? Aw…Thank you!" He attempted to kick a rock with his crutch, but missed pathetically. "I"m actually making something for you too. It isn't finished yet."
To smiled "aw you didn't have to," she smiled up and him and leaned her head on his shoulder

Matt’s smile softened, “Awe..I just wanted to. I’m inspired by you.” He reached around to rest his arm over her shoulders.
Ro closed her eyes in content before opening them and lifting her head "we're here,"

Matt unwrapped his arm from around her, entertaining the idea of pecking her cheek. He decided against it and took a small step back, “Perfect, I’ll follow you inside.”
She clasped her hands in front of her and nodded, heading inside the shop and glancing around with excitement.

Matt hobbled behind her with a content grin on his face. He admired her hair, her stature, pretty much everything about her was equally admirable. He dipped into the shop and looked around at the familiar store. He'd been here before, but not for a while.
Ro practically ran through the store, eager to see everything in it and for anything that could be used in her garden or in her sculptures.

Matt continued to watch Ro and her excitement, heart warming at how happy she was. A stand of starter seeds set up on a display distracted him, "Ro," he called, "Are these what you were looking for?"
She turned from looking at a metal lawn ornament and glanced over to where Matt was pointing to. She nodded and walked over, scanning the wide selection "yep! These should be great,"
