Pastel boy loves a Jock

Cal blushed a little more red at the last question but tried to not get too flustered by it.
"Well let's see…I love to play with little kittens and kids.
Autumn is definitely my favorite season!

It surprised him that Finn would ask him such a question, he hadn't expected of all questions that him being gay was going to be asked. He shrugged it off just thinking Finn needed another question, that's all. Sadly..

"O-oh yeah ok." Cal stood up slowly, slightly looking down so he wouldn't make eye contact with Finn. He didn't want to make anything awkward.

Cal grabbed a knife and (oven mitt??) and handed them to him softly. Taking a moment to think, he thought of a question quick. "Why did you…ask me about how I knew I was gay?"

Cal looked at the cake in awe, a look any person would deem adorable, but that left after a few seconds once he nodded at what Finn said. "Oh um ok…no need to smile nervously I get that." He said with a slight chuckle. "And it's fine, i'm constantly asked that, I guess i'm used to it."

(That's a mood)
Cal scratched the back of his neck, now feeling awkward. "Y-yeah." He went and grabbed some from the cabinet, a unreadable look resting on his face.

"Oh yay! That's the best part!" He said excitedly in an adorable manner. Decorating was always the one part of baking he was good at.

"Hmm.." Cal sat there trying to think, he adorable face still intact since he couldn't wait to decorate the cake. "I don't know, what do you want to do?" He asked with a smile.

Cal immediately smiled widely. "That's a great idea! I can't remember the last time I played!" He said with a light giggle. "You go first!"

"Hmm…dare!" Cal said with his same sweet smile he always had. Usually, he would pick truth, but it felt kind of boring to him at this point.

"Dang it!" Cal pouted as he unlocked his phone and handed it to Finn. Besides a bunch of pastel picture shoots he did, memes, and cat pictures, there wasn't much on his phone. Waitt, me and Marka were talking about my crush on Finn recently!

(Whatsapp fine??) He giggled at Finn spamming his weird face selfies. Definitelyy posting those later. His eyes watched closely to see what app Finn chose next, but looked up a little bored, not remembering his Whatsapp was left open.

"Oh Marka? Thats my bestfriend!" He said with a grin. Upon hearing her name Cal's face flooded with emotions only a best friend can give you. He was too happy to realize that Finn had seen his name in their texts.

Cal almost sighed in relief out loud, hoping Finn didn't exactly read any of his and Marka's 'crush' chats. "Sweet!" He said in a sweet tone, grabbing his phone gently and setting it aside again. "Truth or dare?"

"Have you ever done anything embarrassing in front of a whole crowd?" He asked, curios to see if Finn had. The other boy seemed to be the confident type to Cal, something he wished he was.

Cal stared at Finn shocked, trying to hold in a giggle. Eventually he couldn't hold it in and giggled lightly. "Sorry for laughing, but wow! I would have froze up too if that had happened to me." An image of young Finn just letting that girl fall came into his mind causing him to lightly smile at the adorable thought. "Your turn!"
