"W-Well… um… You see, I'm always having emotional breakdowns because of it when I'm alone, and I don't want you to… also experience it. Also I have trouble accepting help because I have terrible trust issues." Lucas fidgeted with his hands, looking down.

he tilted his chin up and smiled softly, "One: That's not how it works. Two: If you trust me you can trust who I trust okay?"
Lucas's breathing hitched and he hugged Nick again, trembling. "T-Thank you…"
"Anytime man. We always have your back alright?" he chuckled and lightly punched his arm eating more popcorn out of the bag.
"I… y-yeah…" Lucas pulled away and looked down, although he was still leaning against Nick. "Sorry for being an emotional wreck." He laughed weakly.
"Don't be sorry. There is no need, just tell me everything your thinking right now."
"Everything? Um… my arms hurt, I wish my dad would accept me for being…" His voice trailed off and he rubbed his arms.
"For being what?" he looked over drinking his coke.
Lucas's face flushed and and he was silent for a bit. "F-For being gay! Oh, god, just gotta rip it off like a bandaid…" He sighed and hid his face in his hands.
"What else you want to get off your mind?" Nick wasn't bothered by the fact he was gay. He himself was Pan.
"I… You… it doesn't bother you that I'm gay?" He glanced over at Nick through his fingers. "W-Wow, um… what else…? Like I mentioned, my dad's an alcoholic, and between me and him, I… uh… I get hurt a lot at my house."
"Good, what else? AWhy would it bother me? I am Pan myself you know that right?" He took some sour rainbow strips and put them in his mouth.
Lucas looked at the rainbow strips and picked one up. "I like these… I've never had one but I already like them." He popped it into his mouth. "Sorry… gay things. Oh dear, I believe I'm bleeding." He said calmly, looking at the blood starting to soak through his sleeves.
Nick took his wrist softly as he slurped the rainbow strip into his mouth, "I'll go get the bandages."
"Alright." Lucas pulled up his sleeves and gently pulled off the old bandages underneath, revealing the wounds. He examined them thoughtfully as blood seeped from them.
He got up and got the bandages and started to wrap them around his wrists. He saw cuts going up his arm and he looked at Lucas, "Did you do this?"
Lucas nodded, flinching when Nick touched his arms. In addition to the cuts, there were some bruises that Lucas hadn't done himself.
"Why would you do this to yourself?" he asked finishing wrapping one arm as he went to go see the other one, "Did your father also do this?"
"I did this-" He pointed to the cuts. "-because my father does this." This time to the bruises. "Also Claus."
He looked up, "Your brother also did this to you?!"
"No no no! Claus would never- well, not intentionally… you know siblings, he'd like, push me now and again, but he'd never seriously hurt me on purpose. I mean I… I cut myself because I'm upset about Claus dying."
He took a sigh of relief, "For a second I thought he hurt you, I was about to bring him back to life and then kill him again." He finally finished and put the bandages away, "Better?"
Lucas hesitated before nodding, rubbing his arms gently. "Thanks…"
"Welcome…" he paused the movie and turn towards Lucas, "What else do you want to get out of your system?"
"Well… I dunno. I guess I was always just upset that my dad liked Claus more because I'm gay. You know what, dad? Claus was bi, so fuck off!" Lucas huffed a bit to himself.
"Keep getting that anger out, scream like you would if you had control over your dad right now," he smiled touching Lucas's hair.
"Just because I'm gay doesn't mean I'm not his son! Her death wasn't my fault! Claus's death wasn't my fault either!" Lucas blinked away tears. "I'm still his son… h-he…" He cowered a bit as though expecting to be hit. "P-Please stop hurting me… it's not my fault… it's not my fault…"
(Sorry I was playing some video games!!!!)
"I'm not going to hurt you…" he said calmly pulling him close, "I won't let anyone hurt you again."
"It's n-not my fault…" Lucas whispered, hugging Nick weakly. "It isn't…"
"I know…I know it isn't." he tried to comfort him the best he can, "Nothing is your fault."
